Interesting. Will the Cruz backers on FR support this if it means undermining the will of the electorate/delegates?

I am a Cruz backer. The stupidity of that statement is ridiculous.

As I stated before I read you post this will cause more people to back Trump and he will win with an even bigger margin just to make sure the GOPe does not get their way.

I would not because of being pro-lifer who never votes anything but life(Trump sure sucked on that this week)..... but many will. Cruz backers are much more anti-establishment than Trump voters because of real stances on issues not hoping you know what a candidate stands for.

Romney just ensured a cake walk the rest of the way for Trump.

If Cruz was smart AND actually cared for our country’s future more than for himself, he’d figure this stuff out, and also figure out he’s being played a patsy, and he’d go on the debate tonight and announce he’s dropping out, go over and shake Donald Trump’s hand, and offer to serve in any position in Trump’s government Donald chooses, turn to the TV cameras and ask his supporters to vote for Trump and that together, Trump and Cruz will take on and destroy the GOPe establishment and turn the party back over to the people.

Absent this, Cruz simply becomes another one of “them”.

Why turn this into a slight against Cruz? He has absolutely nothing to do with Mittens and is hated by the GOPe more than Trump.

This Cruz backer emphatically will not! If Trump wins the delegates, the voters have spoken and he should have the nomination.

I’ll vote for trump ias third party if he is denied by shenanigans. If its truly a non-majority convention I’ll only vote for Cruz or trump in the general. I cast my ballot for Cruz in the Ohio primary most likely, but the last two days have definitely caused me to pause.

No we won't. But you will probably continue posting that foolishness regardless.

I would sure like to know---is it worth a vanity? Here's the question:

Many Cruz supporters have said that if Trump is the Republican nominee they will stay home, and many others have said they will vote Hillary if Trump is the Republican nominee.

I would sure like to know---for the Cruzers who fall into this category---stay home or vote Hillary should Trump be nominee---what if Romney or Ryan is the Repub nominee?

To the Cruz people who said they would stay home if Trump wins the nomination: would you vote Romney or Ryan if they were the nominee against Hillary?

To the Cruz people who said they would vote Hillary if Trump wins the nomination: would you vote for Romney or Ryan if they were nominated, or would you still vote Hillary?

I think this would be very interesting to know.

The voters have spoken and will speak in the weeks ahead. Those who go to the polls and choose their candidates expect the process to be followed and the majority delegate winner to be the nominee. Thwarting the will of the party voters disqualifies those who do not submit to the will of the party voters. Those who oppose the majority delegate winner must step aside or be ejected.
