ESPN says it is looking into comments made by baseball analyst Curt Schilling about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
During an interview on a Kansas City radio station Tuesday, Schilling said Clinton should buried under a jail somewhere, in reference to Clinton's email scandal.

Curt Schilling, former major league pitcher and World Series hero, spoke about about Hillary Clinton's criminal activity regarding classified information, perjury and other offenses. As a result Schilling may lose his job as a sportscaster.
When did Schilling give up his constitutional rights? He should sue their azzes.
Yes, free speech cannot be tolerated. Now if he had something disparaging to Trump all would have been good.
If only he’d said it about a Republican...he’d be in the clear.
The claim will be that he’s only protected from government prosecution, not being fired by a private employer, especially as he’s a “public figure” representing ESPN.
Of course the spirit of free speech be damned. Typical lefty fascism.
but Keith Oberman can say what ever he wants....
Well yeah. Unless he might say something against Hillary, then he might be in just as much trouble.
must be in the Klan ...
ESPN = Disney + Hearst
So you know they have a political agenda
Why do I feel that if any of the commentators at ESPN said anything disparaging against a republican there would be no story here...?
PC ass orifices. He is speaking the truth and will probably lose his job for his free speech. ESPN is supposed to be a sports network, not a political entity.
Curt should sue the crap out of them if they make a move.
I assume they’re saying he said it “while on the job”. Therefore, no freedom of speech. Of course we know he could have said it in a bar and the outcome would be the same.
ESPN and FOX News is one of the 4 reasons I dropped cable. The other 2 were they kept raising the prices and I was getting dumber.
[Schilling said Clinton should buried under a jail somewhere,]
Well, I would have said “sitting in” but hey, that’s just semantics.......
ESPN’s Dan Le Batard today had Bill Nye on the radio discussing “Climate Change” and the need for action. Yes, this was on his sports show.
There is much more proof of Hillary’s corruption and criminal negligence than the the hand picked scientific panels which promote scientifically flawed man made global warming/climate change arguments. So when will ESPN reprimand or suspend Le Batard?
When you work for the girlymen at ESPN it’s, “Thou Shalt Not Speak Badly of Our Commie Lib Comrades”.
Not a good move to talk politics if your job is a sports announcer, on the other hand, 99% of ESPN viewers hate SHRILLARY! and going light on Schilling would be the RIGHT thing to do.
I hate that evil bitch and EVERY SINGLE ONE of her supporters.
It’s time someone came along and took matters in hand.
Obama and Clinton are symptoms, the supporters are the problem.
Time to solve the problem.
Not many public figures I admire, but I do admire Curt Schilling. He had just won the World Series for Massachusetts and the next day was going on national television saying “vote Bush” in the election that was happening a few days from then...against the Massachusetts senator. That’s character.
Even if I agree with him, I think this is a valid application of Laura Ingraham's "Shut Up and Sing" principle ... applied to a conservative.
I don't much care who ESPN decides to employ. I never watch it, and it doesn't surprise me that the cable sports network is in financial distress.
Saying she belongs in jail is one thing—I think she likely does, and think a grand jury should be convened and such. But saying she should “be buried” is just wrong. I will grant the left says that kind of crap more often than the right does...but its still crap when either side says it.
