Radio host Glenn Beck is urging GOP presidential candidates Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio to team up to oppose Donald Trump.
Beck called for a ticket of Ted Cruz for president, Marco Rubio as vice president, on his radio show Wednesday, according to The Blaze. Beck has already endorsed Cruz for president.
They should announce this and run with this. This should go all over the Internet. I think this is doable, and this is absolutely unstoppable.
Beck said the candidates would have to commit to joining forces before Florida's primary May 15 to have a chance to stop Trump.
Florida, they would win, he said. "But if they dont do it before the Florida election, then we lose it to Donald Trump. And all those delegates go to Trump.
The radio host laid out a plan for other prominent GOP figures to align themselves with a Cruz-Rubio team.
Say our Supreme Court nominee is Mike Lee, Beck said, suggesting the Utah senator as a replacement for the late Justice Antonin Scalia.
Rand Paul is going to be Treasury secretary. Ben Carson, were going to back you with everything we have to take Rubios Senate seat. How is that not a win for absolutely everybody?

Carson only dropped out of the debate for tomorrow night. He never said he was suspending his campaign. See how people believe media distortions?
Then this tells me that you are a Hillary supporter. Just what we need - purists who will sit home and allow another 4-8 years of Barack Obama’s policies. You people are pathetic.
Oh No..... The Attack of the NBC Ineligibles!
Cruz-Rubio?
Why not Rubio-Cruz.
If I was both of them I’d sleep with one eye open. Just in case.
Oh people, we’ve been trying to tell you that Cruz isn’t what he seems to be. He won’t get rid of Beck - because he agrees with him. What I’ve learned in this life is that many with high IQs lack good judgment and common sense. This is Ted Cruz to a T.

Beck makes me sad—he’s such a wreck. I really used to enjoy him at Fox
We've had eight years of our wonderful Conservative Congress swearing that they're helpless to stop the President, so now the GOPe will work the other angle, that our wonderful Conservative President is helpless to stop the Congress.
Both ways, the increasingly impoverished peasants keep pulling the cart while the Lawyer Nobility fattens themselves at the pig trough with the "Conservative" media preaching that the solution is whichever we don't have at the moment, a majority in Congress or a President. Through it all, the destruction the Nation continues according to plan.
The foundation of the whole scam is the lie that "Our lawyer is better than their lawyer".
Regards
If there is a Brokered Convention...Cruz will join the GOPe.
How true! (sigh!)
True, so true.
These elitist ruling class and lawyers have ruined this country and look at us as stupid, low life peasants.
When we have a say they try and now fight for the first time in 7 years.
Everytime they go against Trump it goes against his voters and what the voters want.
I wonder if the GOP has secured a guarantee from Cruz and Rubio that they won’t run as independents.
Watching all this from a long way away, its evident that what the US needs is a leader with attitude and a passion for America. Trump is your best chance since Reagan.
Obama offered hope and change but he never made it clear it would be restricted to his golfing.
They can speak Mexican to each other on stage, like in the debate.
Looks like all five of the voices in Glenn’s head are active today.
They don’t have “tickets” in the primaries, Glenn.
They could have a foursome by choosing Haley as VP. Clever propogandists have shown the power of symbols and Alinsky's 5th rule. "Birthers" has had as good a run as "McCarthyism". The NYT and WaPo convinced millions that McCarthy blacklisted their favorite Hollywood stars using his HUAC (House Un-American Activities Commission). No one noticed that Joeseph McCarthy was a Senator and had nothing whatsoever to do with the HUAC, a lie still used by NYT intelligentsia as recently as 2002.
McCarthy was "framed" (a term used by Stalin and his enormous KGB disinformation directorate, bigger than the Soviet Army), by hundreds of KGB agents of influence embedded in our State Department, intelligence agencies and bureaucracies, and by their "useful idiots" in the media. It wasn't just KGB officer Alger Hiss, who, with a little Help, created the UN, or KGB officer Harry Dexter White. Asst. Treas. Sec who created the World Bank and IMF and denied funds to Chang Kai-shek to promote the KGB choice, Mao.
The "Gang of Four", Cruz, Rubio, Jindal and Haley deny the Constitution and dozen or so cases that confirm "born on the soil to parents who were citizens at the time of birth", definition, the "never doubted" definition according the 14th Amendment author John Bingham. Anyone willing to intentionally misconstrue the Constitution, the Venus, The 14th Amendment, Minor v. Happersett, Wong Kim Ark, Perkins v. Elg, and many other USSC decisions has no business being near the Supreme Court. Not coincidentally Cruz and Obama share the same Harvard Con. Law Professor, Larry Tribe. Even Larry publically declared Cruz "a hypocrite".
Remember, natural born citizenship has, for over two thousand years, been used to assess the allegiance of a member of a particular society. It doesn't prove that Bill Ayres would not pave the way for a Communist or Islamic revolution. Where a society offers individual freedoms our framers required natural born citizenship for only our presidents (and later, vice presidents). That provision can be amended, but in 26 attempts, 2/3 of the Congress and 3/4 of the states have never wanted to do so.
Plain and simple...........
Yah team up. It will prove all along that Cruz and Rubio are just another part of the establishment.
Remember?.....
"They're comin' to take me away, hah, hah
"They're coming to take me away, ho, ho..."
