The only similarity between Trump and Reagan is that both have/ had natural leadership skills and qualities, but even that similarity is not similar.

Reagan was completely different, totally unique, there never was or will be another person like him.

To compare anyone to Reagan is to cheapen Reagan, and that offends me.

“Why do you trolls whine so much when Rush doesn’t talk about your pet subject?”

It is about what he does not talk about and how he phrases things he does talk about.

Ah... after the twitter flurry, a Romney spokesman assures the twittersphere that it is not an announcement of candidacy or endorsement of any candidate.

So, it will be a lecture to all of us.

I hope somebody in the audience shouts him down.

Sure,,,,,we have minor trading issues on some products, but it’s not to fund the government, it’s to protect domestic industries when needed.

I don’t have objections to the use of tariffs to even the playing field. As I said, I am for free and fair trade.

BTW....I should tell you that I will never...vote for Trump.

Trump is not even a republican, much less conservative. But you are so f’n blind that all you can do is make excuses that are utterly illogical to support you man and position.

It used to kinda tick me off, but now I accept it for what it is.

Mass hysteria,

Hmmm... my Beretta 32 mags won’t fit in the UpLula bigger caliber loader I have. That’s the one that takes the double stacked 9s through 45s. My 32s are all single stack.

Ha! See my 226. You're right.

One twitter wag has suggested that he's having a big announcement to endorse Trump! LOL!

Really? Going back to the 1930s? World has vastly changed since then.

We have protectionism now. Problem is it is at the cost of the US Economy

Read about Brenton Wood. We have “Managed Trade” not “Fair Trade”. The theory was we could use the strengths of the US Economy to balance out any problems in the world economy and promote stability and peace is a post WW2 economic system.

We have spent the last 70 years trying to use US trade policy to further US Foreign policy goals. That maybe was sound strategy during the Cold War, it is anachronistic in the modern world.

Trump did lose in three states where the polls had him winning, it seems. Saturday will be more telling. Cruz has won three of the four closed primaries held so far. IF that holds true Saturday, he will pick up 3 states to Trump’s 1. At that point, I would say it is close.

Trump has about 25.5% of the delegates for the nomination.
Cruz has about 18.3% of the delegates for the nomination.

Granted, it would be a major upset if Cruz won 3/4 of the delegates. Probably the second place winner will be within a couple delegates of the winner. In fact, as Maine will likely split between Trump and Rubio, Cruz could win three of four states and come in third in delegates.

That the ticket, scream hysteric bile laced tirades at anyone who does not join you in idolizing your candidate.

That Team Cruz thinks this infantile behavior gains their candidate voters is the mass hysteria around here.

Yes but he is a great little conservative just like Cruz according to the ACU and Heritage. They both give him 96% ratings.
