Well the big day is here, enjoy!
Rubio. If he loses Florida, I think he will drop out. That could help Cruz some, but likely helps Kasich more.
Kasich will play better in the rust belt and out west as the anti-Trup.
Cruz is an alienating figure. His folks are backing him 100% (as we see here). But you love him or hate him. He’s not a #2 pick for many, except Trump voters.
“Trump did best in Massachusetts.
That says it all right there.”
trump did almost as well in alabama and tennessee and THAT says it all trump will unite all republicans
Cruz is the conservative champion.
Trump is the independent champion.
I know who I am cheering for.
I don’t think I am going to change on that for a long while.
Trump is going to have to find another gear and pull away. If they catch him, it will be over. At least it will be Cruz if they do and not Rubio. But hopefully Trump's team isn't near out of gas and are still long on plan. If so, he sprints to the nomination.
have no idea and do not care
SE Cupp is too cute by half...I think here real name is something like Sara Elizabeth.....her ‘edgy’ nom de plume sounds more like a type of disgusting jock strap or a weird bra thing. She is so repugnant.
lol ok we’ll give you utah and we’ll take the rest....game over
Cruz won’t win a state outside the south. That’s the end of his appeal.
His supporters will stay home in large numbers in the general because they are purists. That’s why they are politically irrelevant.
“I am a Cruz supporter and would vote for Trump in the general.”
As a former Cruz supporter, and a current Trump supporter, I would vote for Ted, we’re he to win the nomination.
I also hate the snarling between camps here, and try my best to keep a civil tongue when I do step into the fray.
Colonel Bogey March
If you will recall very recent history, Trump did not bash Cruz until that sneaky meeting of Cruz with his backers in NYC. Uh-oh. Someone had a cellphone.
I would not be surprised.
Nailed it.
put the pipe down and back away from the ashtray if rubio drops out cruz is not going to get ALL of his voters
Sanders DID win Minnesota.
And I’m glad. I hate Hillary.
In other news:
Nevertheless, as a Trump supporter, a great night for Trump.
But I just wanted to end this thing tonight and get on with the General election against Hillary. But now it continues on (the Republican nomination process). And I am sick of it. Now another debate on FOX. And I am sick of it. And that means Levin continues with his pathetic crap that I don’t listen to but I still know it is crap, anyway. Let’s just nominate Trump and get going on this thing. Cruz and Rubio, you will not get the nomination. You will not.
Please - all I want to see is the TOTAL delegate count. But I guess that won’t be until tomorrow.
Cruz was making the case that all the anti-Trumps should unite behind him. He fired off a littany of anti-Trump talking points. Most were lies. And he was angry and sneering while doing it. It was astonishingly bad.
I think Trump did well in Alabama— probably because Rubio’s campaign is collapsing.
Trump did not do that well in Tennessee. He got 40 percent. Rubio/Cruz beat him significantly and those voters could coalesce.
Trump won yuuuge in Massachusetts. That is his NY values on parade. He and Kasich basically tied in Vermont— yup.
Old Milwaukee?
The federal government going broke isn't bad for conservatism.
When it happens we can say "See, I told you so."
