Minneapolis — Jesse Ventura told The Daily Beast he will run for president if Bernie Sanders does not win the Democratic nomination. Ventura was elected the governor of Minnesota as an independent in 1998 after serving as a Navy SEAL and professional wrestler. Ventura said his campaign was so successful at showing an outsider could be elected that Trump and Sanders are “ripping him off.” He bets he can do it again if Sanders loses and the election is Hillary Clinton vs. Trump. “They’re setting the groundwork for me because if Bernie loses, by the time we get to June, how sick are the people going to be of all these people,” he said while dressed in a Jimmy Hendrix shirt under a blazer and SEALs beanie.
“See I’m an independent and I despise the two parties,” Ventura, who speaks as if he is prepared to tackle you, continued. “I love what Trump’s doing to the Republicans. He’s got them in complete disarray. In fact, it looks like the WWE when you watch their debates.” As for who will prevail in the Minnesota caucus tomorrow night, Ventura really could not say. “I support the revolution of what’s happening here,” Ventura said after telling a local that he worked for most “level-headed” news outlet (RT America). “There’s three things where I stand with Bernie on more so than Trump. Number one is campaign is finance reform,” two is “the war,” and three is ending the War on Drugs.

This election cycle is nothing but a 3 ring circus. A communist, one that should be in jail already, a rope-a-dope and now a WWE wrestler and top that off with the GOPe trying over and over to commit suicide and nothing is sane this election.

1) We have “The Donald”, a man previously best known for media bombast (The Apprentice), NY Real Estate and golf courses.
2) We have the Bernie, an unreconstructed 1960’s student radical and committed Socialist.
3) We have two of Cuban ancestry, Cruz & Rubio, candidates who are having their Natural Born Citizen (NBC) qualifications legally challenged in several states.
4) We have the Bush inheritance candidate TOTALLY destroyed in spite of an AMAZING spend of money!
5) We have the ‘anointed’ Democrat Party candidate, darling of the Party, former Senator & Sec.State, wife of President Clinton, and under active investigation by the FBI & Congress for ‘STUPIDITY!’
Now we have ANOTHER New York City Billionaire & Politico, Bloomberg, giving every sign of entering the race as an independent but as one who could easily recapitulate a former Florida Governor’s record of going from ‘R’ to ‘I’ to ‘D’ if the #5 gets too tied in the legal system.
And, as if the above clowns were not enough in the clown car follies, we have a one-term wonder from Minnesota, JesseV, offering himself as a substitute if Hillary does not make it to the starting line of the General Election!
If this had been a screenplay submitted to Hollywood, as recently as 2015, would anybody have bought it, even as pure drug-induced fantasy?

Jesse’s only experience was mayor of a small suburb of Minneapolis.
Suburb Mayors in Minnesota (other than a couple) is not considered a real job.

I am sure Jesse would be worse.
But my level of disgust is high at the moment, mainly due to the behavior of Trump and his supporters slinging lies and mud at Cruz.
I am very, very close to being a non-voter this year, if Trump is the nominee. It all hinges on how much Hillary disgusts me.
Plan A was Yeb! Plan B is Rubio. Plan C is Romney and an open Convention. When that fails, the new plan is split the vote so no one gets a majority of the Electoral College. Then, guess, what? Our buddies in the House of Representatives get to select the President. That vote would indeed be interesting, but I guarantee you, it would not go in favor of Trump.
