As a Cruz supporter, I can assure you that I have been called much worse here on FreeRepublic by Trump supporters.
In fact, the largely irrational cult-worshipping Freepers on this site, who won't permit an ounce of doubt to be voiced about Trump here, are a big reason I've gotten sour on Trump.
I long ago decided that I will vote for Trump if he wins the nomination, though I have many, many concerns about what kind of a president he will be once he's actually in office.
But I have to admit that Sessions' support gives me more confidence that Trump might actually rise to the occasion and do the right things when he's in the White House.
I guess we'll see.

Totally have to disagree with you here. Sessions is getting on board with who he thinks will win. If he was disgusted by any of the candidates and how they ran - he would be equally disgusted with Trump.
I think this has only to do with the fact he thinks Trump can win, and possibly because he thinks if so Trump can be more effective. I hope Sessions is correct. And I hope Sessions has coerced some concessions ( or as Trump would call them - some deals) to guarantee what Trump will govern by.
