Since the first GOP presidential debate last August, Fox News Channel seems to have lost its perception mojo with its core right-leaning audience. By mid February, FNCs perception by Republican adults 18 and over had reached its lowest point in more than three years, and has declined by approximately 50% since January of this year.

I think I read this already on FR about 12 hours ago. It’s still sad to see the balanced discarded by Fox though. I will admit to watching Water’s World clips on the net. Jesse is hysterical IMO.
Cruz may have already done that in 2000 and 2005-2007.
In 2000, Cruz helped George W. Bush write his immigration platform. Cruz advised Bush to say “Not at this time” if anyone ever asked about Amnesty.
From 2004 to 2008, Cruz was on the Board of Directors of the “Hispanic Alliance for Prosperity Institute (HAPI).”
HAPI aggressively supported and lobbied for the Bush-Kennedy-McCain Amnesty, in its various forms, from 2005 until 2007.
During that three year period, Cruz remained on HAPI’s Board of Directors. There is no public record that Cruz ever said or wrote one word of criticism about the Bush-McCain Amnesty.
Cruz's current position on immigration was first articulated in 2012, when he ran for the GOP Senate nomination in Texas.
I may have been the first person at Free Republic to post the Cruz 2013 Gang of Eight Amendment videos.
As others have noted, Cruz never claimed they were “poison pill” Amendments until 2015, two years later, after he began running for president.
“If Cruz endorses Rubio he exposes himself as a fraud.”
Cruz is showing his true colors by saying Rubio is preferable to Trump. Cruz refused to say anything about illegal immigration in the beginning of the campaign.
Then, he condescendingly said “The American people dont want to have that conversation.” about illegals here. Sound familiar? Rubio says the exact same thing (except not so condescendingly) by saying we’ll talk about it later. Both buzzwords for ‘I’ll pass amnesty’ since saying it now destroys their campaigns.
sweeet!! Thank you Donald.
Cruz was far too noncommittal about enforcing immigration laws at the beginning of the campaign.
It makes his now trying to sound the toughest ring hollow.
I no longer trust him after TPA, Corker and the refusal to say deportation until recently.
“Cruz was far too noncommittal about enforcing immigration laws at the beginning of the campaign.
It makes his now trying to sound the toughest ring hollow.”
That’s what I meant to say.
You said it perfectly.
Jelly just got a $5-10M book deal from Murdoch. She’ll do any little thing he wants.
