Something like saying that their card didn't clear and would wave part of the enrollment fee if they would make a commercial and say they made tons of money using the Trump College courses.

It means that he doesn’t distinguish between Chuck Schumer and Ronald Reagan in the ideological spectrum. So, he takes them as face value; but that’s dangerous because both of those men believe completely different things about America and what she stands for, and what her role in the world should be.
Some, on the other hand are ideological, meaning they can see the difference between Chuck and Ronald, and they know the difference of opinion each of them has.
It’s not bad or good .. it just makes it more difficult to govern.
