Game time.
Huh? Who said anything about a Rubio/Haley ticket?
I could see that.
Trump said it did. Was Trump lying?
Ok, that’s it. You won’t be rescued from the worm compost box.
Denying Rubio second in SC would deflate him... I worry about vote rigging there. And Gowdy’s endorsement... is it a regional thing or something?
I have heard some disgusting drivel on Fox about the dream ticket of Rubio/Haley. God help us. I hope SC wakes up and does not give Rubio a second place finish.
I don’t believe for a minute that Nikki Haley has an 80% approval rating in SC. I figured it was based on an old poll and a lie. I hope her endorsement actually hurts Rubio.
Thank you for the ping to your comments. Sad, huh?
Yes, no more Bushes!
Hope all is well with you and your husband (FR name Zelig?), FRiend.
I expect Rove’s issues are gastrointestinal. His boy is down in single digits.
I answered everything as "far right" as I could, *except* a "neutral" on legalizing marijuana. It gave me Cruz 91%, Gilmore 89% (I think), Bush 88% and Trump down in 60s or 70s.
A couple of observations:
1) It's a Fox News site. They're not known as particularly friendly to Trump. 2) We don't know the secret sauce of their algorithm. They may have (for example) weighted Trump as moderately or heavily pro-choice on the basis of past remarks; or labeled him as a lib on health care due to his "I don't want anyone dying in the streets" comments. 3) It might be that it is not the individual answer to a question uniquely marks you, but *combinations* of answers; that is, they may have several internal scorecards, where a certain question contributes to several scorecards simultaneously, and sometimes in different directions.
What would be informative would be to have someone who posted "all far right" give their answers -- to avoid copyright infringements just say "the question on illegal immigrants" or "question 7" along with the results. Then have someone who is shown as best agreeing with Trump, do the same.
I agree. The test was pretty much crap.
We have no information about SC apart from what spin doctors in various campaigns may be leaking. We’re just entertaining ourselves in a freeperish way while we wait for the polls to close. I expect Trump to win tonight. The first question is by how much. The second is whether SC turns this into a three or even two man race. That could get interesting.
That’s interesting. I never could get rid of Gilmore and Webb and Rubio, and like you, Trump kept being stacked near the bottom, even when I focused hard on his core issues.
Yep. Their algorithms are definitely biased. Maybe Karl Rove wrote it. ;-)
Dear God, I don’t know how I’d be able to vote. Hope it doesn’t come to that.
What matters in a questionnaire like that, is what they actually consider is the candidate’s position. For instance, Trumps tax plan does not favor raising taxes on the very rich. His tax plan simplifies the brackets, lowers taxes for the middle and working class, and most importantly lowers taxes for business. He does favor reducing or eliminating most deductions and loopholes available to the very rich. That isn’t raising taxes, that’s reducing tax avoidance by those with enough money to do so. As a very rich guy, I’m sure he knows what can be done.
So if they misrepresent that position, what other positions are not quite right?
Yes. I shudder to think what could happen at the RNC if “they” don’t get their way.
Did you see the Bill Bennett article where he said that a Trump assassination could be a real possibility — either by Dems or GOPe. Both factions know he’ll rock their world and attack crony capitalism, and they will not stand for that.
The link to the article — a Breitbart link — has been posted a couple times.
Srsly.
I’d probably vote just to spite Hillary, but I’d be taking an ice cold shower of angst afterwards.
lol! And #3: It is important to me that politicians represent ME instead of Wall Street, foreign nations, and other influential lobbyists.
Oh, #4: Common Core should be abolished. :-)
“I suspect you have a mental disorder. I step away from the thread and see all sorts of stupid spam about tests. Hey, who gives a s*** what you think we oughta believe? Screw you! I hate free-trade and I like the border wall.”
You know... this might just end up being the post of the day. LOL. :)
Just saw on Fox that they are reporting a record turnout for Absentee Ballot vote this year, so far receiving 59K
