Hank, when you attack Trump followers many of us feel it personally. I have a doctoral degree in science and I am very involved in this election, haven’t had a President in 8 years and frightened stiff for our country.
I feel I’m a pretty good judge of character, trained for it in fact. You don’t have to agree with my assessment of Trump but the over the top attacks on Trump and those who support him are insulting and after 3 at least in this thread I just had to let you know.
We really are all in this together. We feel passionately and its hard not to spill over but remember we have to pull together at the end. We all have buttons, I’m sorry Trump is pushing yours but I resent being called all kinds of names for supporting him.

. Like those LOSERS at Carrier. I laughed my ass off at those union LOSERS....As for me? My mortgage is paid and I have a very comfortable retirement well-funded.

I am responding so that I have this post of yours just to remind everyone what a wonderful charitable human being you are when you go on another of your tirades.

There are two practical political choice for this country - either we provide jobs here for Americans, or even more Americans go on welfare which we will pay for by putting a 90% tax on your comfortable retirement, especially since you have bragged about what a fine retirement it really is.

So, if you want to enjoy your comfortable retirement you might give some thought to how everyone else is going to provide for himself/herself. Standing on the constitution is not going to create foregone opportunities.

CNN just cut off the Bronze Medal winner speech to get back to their pundits. LOL.

Oh I’ve been rooting for Trump since last summer, which actually su[rises me. What is it about Trump? I love the guy. I’ve like what Cruz has stood for generally but he has turned me off in certain respects.

I REALLY want trump to have a GREAT VP who can carry America’s recovery forward for at least SIXTEEN YEARS. If that means a TRUMP/CRUZ ticket, so be it. Whatever it takes.

I’m for America more than I’m for my guy or anyone else’s guy. God Bless America.

Doesn’t look like there’s a lot of them (Bush establishment voters) out there. I think many who DID vote for Jeb did so because they know the name, the brand, and are comfortable with it, rather than because they are Bush people, as such.

Remember, back in 1980, GHWB and Reagan were bitter rivals. RWR figured he needed GHWB to pull off a win. No one was more surprised that he was chosen than GHWB. They worked together fairly well for 8 years. Politics DOES make strange bedfellows.

I just regret that in his inaugural address GHWB spoke of a “kinder, gentler” way of governing, as if to confirm the Dem talking point that RWR was mean and evil.

They make everything so disrespectful, it is a disgrace to read some of these posts. Talk about graceless winners.

Cruz has a deep love for the Courts and Scalia was one of the best, but guess he can't be mentioned, gone buried forgotten, probably good riddance to some of these people.

I’d like Cruz as Trump’s SCOTUS pick. Dem Senators might vote for him just to get him out of the Senate!

Trump needs a VP pick that picks up a swing state (Florida perhaps) and balances him out (age, gender, race perhaps).

The steel companies left/closed up shop because of the unions and the workers supporting the unions. Sorry, but it is their fault.

Fantasize all you want, but Trump can't dictate what private companies can do. Congress will never pass the laws Trump will need.
