Delegates - winner take all in CONGRESSIONAL districts, Trump takes all except the district around Charleston / coast. That one is not sure yet. So for sure Trump has at least 41 out of the 50 delegates.
Although if there are super delegates, probably Hillary got all of them.

I believe it's definitely because most southerners are not impressed with Elmer Gantry routines and the injection of too much religion into politics. It's something that can definitely be overdone, and Ted tends to overdo it.
