Scalia consistently harmed the most vulnerable
San Jose Mercury News ^ | 02/16/2016 | William B. Gould IV

The death of anyone is always cause for sorrow. Moreover Justice Antonin Scalia was unusual -- a man of considerable intellect who used it to frequently dominate the give and take of oral argument at the Supreme Court. But make no mistake about it: His mode of interpretation, be it of statutes or constitution, almost invariably harmed the most vulnerable who came to the courts seeking redress for their claims.

An abiding theme of Scalia was his view that he was required to be limited by original intent in the Constitution -- a document written by many slaveholders and proponents of slave power.

Men who pledged their treasure, future and lives to give the start to this great nation you pretentious isolated in the ivory tower of Stanford University pant load.

Of the government, by the government, and for the government.

Some people want that.

Scalia was a hero to the criminal defense bar for his unwavering support of 4th amendment protections. Scalia did more for ‘social justice’ than BLM, Obama or Holder ever accomplished.

You would think from these liberal idiots that slavery didn’t exist anywhere in the world until the United States was established when in fact EVERY country on earth recognized slavery as a legitimate institution.

Who cares if someone was actually "harmed" in a court case? The only question that matters is: What were the merits of their cases?

So the opposite of harming the most vulnerable is to steal from those who work.

How dare Scalia faithfully keep the oath that he took with his hand on the Bible!

What an affront to Progressives, Moochers and liberal victim groups everywhere.

"I, Antonin Scalia, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend
the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;
that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation
freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well
and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.
So help me God."

The death of anyone is always cause for sorrow.

Even the author's very first sentence is BS. ...and it went downhill from there.
