Duh.
Everyone knows it was strategy.
Ask Donald why he said so many nice things about Cruz.
They agreed back in July.
Duh.

You forgot the last part of the article, where the Cruz campaign, Tyler, responds:
Tyler responded, saying, well, he’s said â he still says he likes Donald Trump. Donald Trump is, you know, an entertaining guy. He’s, like, a reality TV star in reality. But he’s not a presidential candidate. He doesn’t act presidential. He doesn’t really know a lot the substantive issues and has intellectual or ideological core, which is why he can’t keep track of things he said in the past because he doesn’t actually know what he believes.
So, we’ll just continue to be entertained, but I don’t think this is the direction we want to go, he added.

I said in July that Cruz was a fool to cosy up to Trump,
See here but everyone said they were BFF forever.
Cruz does look stupid. But what about Trump, he said all those wonderful things about Cruz.

Cruz thought he was playing Trump. But he was playing himself.
Trump isn't stupid. He's reads people like Columbo reads them.
Ted played the Senate the same way.

Perhaps Sen. Cruz is pointing out Mr. Trump’s record because it’s factual, and by the way, Mr. Trump has recently gone bat-guano cRaZy!

Why Donald threatening to sue Cruz over his eligibility if he said Cruz was eligible to run for president last September?

There ARE facets of Trump that are praiseworthy. Sadly though, Trump is a pathologically lying lunatic.

Look, I like Trump. But this is silly. It’s politics.
It’s the same reason Trump has to attack Cruz after praising him for months. There can only be one winner.
When Trump wins, they will kiss and make up and Cruz will be AG or USSC justice.
