He’s not Presidential material and he’s going to find few people care for a billionaire threatening to sue any time he doesn’t get his way or wants to intimidate people.

Coburn: Trump-circulated quote attacking Cruz 'absolute fabrication'

"It's an absolute fabrication. I've never said that, period," Coburn told the Examiner. "It's unfortunate he would use my name to say something dishonest. It's a total fabrication."

"To me, it's more of loose play with the truth and loose play with the words," Coburn said.

Maybe in the alternate reality Trumpkins live in these days but in reality the Big Lie technique won’t help you among Republican voters in the primaries.

But why would Trump’s inconsistent statements be even admissible in a case about the eligibility of Senator Cruz?

If he is the one who is suing? Have you ever heard of SLAPP?

Not a matter of being a geniuses or not. Cruz and a lot of you are underestimating the problem.

Cruz was physically born in Canada. That is not in question.

IF we vote for Cruz and Hillary/Bernie/Whomever sues And wins on Cruz citizenship issue. Guess What Hillary/Bernie Automatically Wins. Cruz cannot be seated.

I will cast my vote in Ga and my Family in Sc for Someone that does not have this mystery hanging over their Shoulder.

A total of 7 votes more than likely. Insignificant number yes but how many else will have this issue.

O and by the way I am NOT accusing. Cruz must not want my vote if he dont settle this issue once and for all.

Already been decided in Illinois (one of the least friendly courts). The only way to change the ruling would end up in the Supreme Court and an unfavorable ruling would invalidate Obama as well. He only had one parent who was a citizen of the USA at the time of his birth. No one will touch it on that aspect.

LOL. For weeks I’ve tried to think of who Trump resembles. Your depiction of Captain Queeg is spot on. I had an opposing witness that I “blew up” by treating him like Queeg. I was clearly patronizing to him, and he exploded. Just like Bogart’s character. I must have watched that movie 8-10 times before trial.

Thanks,

Gwjack

With the USSC being 6-3 Democrat by the time this is heard, do you really think they would rule in a way that invalidates Obama?

A suit for a declaration of lack of presidential eligibility, brought by one with standing to bring it, would not be a SLAPP suit by definition of that term. It would not be a suit about any declaration made by Senator Cruz about someone.

I don’t have to name Rafael lies, because Doc Carson, Rubio and Trump have already listed their list of Rafael’s lies.

See you saying I can’t list the lies, says your ignoring all the stories, Rafael commercials that are out there that the above men have contested. You didn’t watch the debate?
You have read nothing , heard nothing?

Are you being honest or are you living on another planet.
Your just a follower and Rafael is your Jim Jones. When did you drink the coolaid?

Trump said he would sue Cruz, if Cruz didn’t do XYZ. These laws were designed to prevent people from using the courts for extortion.

simple minded followers hooting and screeching like the chimpanzees they are

This could very well be applied to Cruz supporters. They fail to see the train wreck if Ted Cruz were to win the nomination. The Democrats will bring his eligibility status to the courts. If you can't foresee the outcome, then you are the simple-minded followers of Ted Cruz.

Beyond that though, it is very telling that you assume those who support Ted Cruz are intellectuals, and Trump supporters are ignorant. I know plenty of extremely intelligent people, who support Trump. There are a number of reasons they support him. Top on their list is Trump does not have citizenship issues that can be brought into question. They realize Ted Cruz would not be capable of winning in the general election, because he is no Reagan when it comes to building support beyond the conservative base, or in other demographics either. Trump does have the ability.

I must admit that I am disappointed in you, for I thought you were smarter than this. I find now that I was wrong with that belief. Ironically you have used the very same type of attack method you accuse Trump of using, disparaging people without merit. Only difference is that your attack actually rises to that level since you have chosen to disparage supporters of Trump like some elitist that thinks he is oh so much better, education wise, economic wise, and probably think you are more conservative as well. Furthermore, Trump supporters are not involved personally in seeking the Republican nomination. Trump & Cruz are, and both have been going at each other in more or less equal measures.

But I guess Cruz supporters see the writing on the wall and are now blindly lashing out in anger.

As my dad used to say, so sad, too bad, life is rarely going to go your way. So get used to it, but never give up, and don't lose your dignity when you suffer a loss.

Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation. These damaging suits chill free speech and healthy debate by targeting those who communicate with their government or speak out on issues of public interest. Running for an office for which you are not constitutionally eligible is not about anyone communicating with their government or speaking out on issues of public interest under the First Amendment.

But Trump doesn't actually believe Cruz is inelgible for office. He's just an opportunist. If Cruz does what he wants, he will say he's eligible and pretend to consider him for VP next.

The Constitution is not a toy!

You knwo very well that Trump doesn't know what the Constitution says, and doesn't care. He only discovered it when he decided to pretend to run as a Republican.

Look, I would challenge him to sue, if I could. But you and I both know that Trump isn't going to go through with the lawsuit.
