RESPONSE TO THE LIES OF SENATOR CRUZ
facebook.com ^ | February 15 | Donald J. Trump

Posted on 02/15/2016 8:47:24 PM PST by Helicondelta

Ted Cruz is a totally unstable individual. He is the single biggest liar I've ever come across, in politics or otherwise, and I have seen some of the best of them. His statements are totally untrue and completely outrageous. It is hard to believe a person who proclaims to be a Christian could be so dishonest and lie so much.

Cruz said I would be appointing a liberal judge when in fact I will appoint a great conservative and I am the only candidate who has gone so far, at the debate, as to suggest two individuals I feel would best represent the conservative values we need to protect: William "Bill" Pryor Jr. and Diane Sykes.

Cruz says I am pro-choice, when in fact I am staunchly pro-life and have been for a long time. Like Ronald Reagan, on many issues, I have evolved.

Cruz says I am in favor of ObamaCare, when in fact I have spoken about repealing and replacing this disaster of a system at every speech throughout my campaign and since it's inception. Meanwhile, Cruz was responsible for getting Bush to put in the judge that failed to vote against ObamaCare twice.

Cruz says I will try to take away your second amendment rights, when I am one of the strongest proponents of the right to bear arms and I say so in every speech that I have made for years. I am a proud member of the NRA and so are my sons.

Cruz has become unhinged and is lying with the hopes that his statements will go unchecked until after the election and he will save his failing campaign.

In Iowa, Cruz told thousands of Ben Carson voters that Dr. Carson had left the race and to instead vote for Ted Cruz. He apologized when the race was over. Likewise, his fraudulent voter violation form sent to Iowa voters. If Ted is going to continue to lie with such desperation, I have no choice but to fight back.

One of the ways I can fight back is to bring a lawsuit against him relative to the fact that he was born in Canada and therefore cannot be President. If he doesn't take down his false ads and retract his lies, I will do so immediately. Additionally, the RNC should intervene and if they don't they are in default of their pledge to me.

I am the strongest on the borders and I will build a wall, and it will be a real wall. I am strongest on illegal immigration, strongest on ISIS, strongest on the military and I will take care of our Vets. I will end common core and preserve the second amendment. I will renegotiate our trade deals and bring our jobs back to our country. I am the only person who will Make America Great Again

Cruz used to work for President Bush. GWBush and Cruz agreed on the subject of Amnesty (Illegal Aliens), so the President directed Ted Cruz to write the position paper on the subject.

That is correct. Ted Cruz supports amnesty for illegal aliens.

The problem here is that people’s desire for revenge is greater than their desire for doing right. That is why Trump’s liberal positions don’t matter to them. He could personally perform a partial-birth abortion live on stage at a Democrat debate during prime time, and his supporters would still be cheering him on. Because they have (wrongly) convinced themselves that Trump is the person who can exact vengeance for them.

“Because they have (wrongly) convinced themselves that Trump is the person who can exact vengeance for them.”

I think your psychological analysis is spot on. It will be sad to watch when Trump inevitably turns on his own supporters for perceived minor deviations from absolute fealty.

I suspect there’s a lot of truth in what you wrote.

The worst part watching all this for me, is Trump telling everyone who he’s going to work with in Congress. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNTAF86AeZg

In one of the links above, Cruz is castigated for ‘not getting anything done’ in the Senate. Anyone who says such a thing, IMO, has no idea the scope of the problem we face as a country. I suppose if Cruz would’ve thrown in with McConnell and Reid he would’ve been credited by these people as ‘having gotten things done’. Even if by doing so the country would’ve been flushed further down the gutter.

What kind of ‘deals’ do people think Trump is going to make with his longtime friend Schumer and Pelosi?

Someone had a tagline, and if you read this forgive me for not remembering your name, that said something along the lines of: When Trump wins will Cruz support him?

But in the wake of Trumps own words and prior deeds, I find myself asking a different question: If Trump wins the Presidency, who will he work with in the Senate, Ted Cruz or Chuck Schumer?

Frankly, judging by Trump’s own words, I think it’s obvious he’d rather ‘make deals’ with Schumer than stand with an ‘extremist’ like Ted Cruz.

And taken to it’s logical conclusion, I don’t think it’s far-fetched to think under a Trump presidency, the handful of solidly conservative Senators will be cast aside, and made irrelevant, and the House Freedom Caucus will likewise be sent into the political wilderness for the duration of Trump’s term while the RINO Ryan and McCarthy wing ‘cut deals’ with Pelosi whenever necessary.

Trump couldn't "readily identify" squat!

He was given that name by a guy who has worked for Sen. Jeff Sessions!

On his own, Trump can only "readily identify" his liberal sister who's also a liberal judge!

Trump's a liberal's liberal and use to boast about it - until, that is, he decided he wanted to be President.

He looked at Obama and said, "I can do as good as that guy, I can even fool more Republicans into voting for me than he did" and he's right! He's fooled you so you make my point!

Ted Cruz NEVER lied.

Ted Cruz lied to the Senate to get his 'poison pill' amendments added to the 2013 immigration bill.

Ted knows how to use deceit as a tactic.

I think the real problem is what trump's supporter will have to scramble to defend and to justify on FR tomorrow.

We'd be too busy mopping up the tears of Cruz supporters around here.

He is the only candidate that wants to sleep with his daughter and have sex with her.

I see we have some transference going on. You lust for his daughter therefore Trump must also.

I don't want to know any more of your filthy thoughts.

Cruz has been a Washington inside for 20 years. He was one of the lawyers that worked on Bush vs.Gore. Don’t think for a minute this weasel is not well-connected and controlled by the establishment.

The new PPP poll that has Trump by 17 pts also has Cruz with the highest negatives.
