They’ll wait until the factory is completed and all the tools, dies, parts, etc. are in place.

So, did all those tractors we sent them in 1964 to get the Bay of Pigs hostages freed finally wear out?

The news back then said “tractors”. Later I found they were more like bulldozers.

I’ll be so glad when he’s out of office. The Obama Administration may be the most destructive to its own country in American history.

Or as Joe Bob Boucher once told me at a kaolin mine in south Georgia, “that thing won’t pull a wet noodle out of a duck’s @ss”

***your typical commie POS tractor***

You mean like the LONG and BELRUS tractors sold in the USA forty years ago? You can’t give one of those away now!

Are the tractors going to be circa 1955 like the newest cars in Cuba?

“After the facility is built and up and running, how long will it take Cuba to “nationalize” the company...Remove all US ownership and sell to socialist countries around the world?”

The tractor company from Alabama is assuming that risk on their own free will.

No kidding. That appears to be about an 80 year old design (which means, among other things there would be no market for it in this countryand the patents have all expired) This Cleber fella is free to try and manufacture the thing. But why would someone want a Cuban reproduction of a 1930’s American tractor when, for less money, they could buy a much more modern real thing?

A community organizer opening a tractor factory in the glorious Marxist paradise of Cuba.

Sounds like a scene from a left wing college stage production from the 60’s.

Slow Cooker Oxtails
Ingredients:
one package oxtails, about 4-6 lbs.
2 medium tomatoes, diced
one large onion, diced
5 large cloves garlic, minced
one stalk celery, diced
1Tbsp thyme
one half cup sherry
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Season oxtails and brown briefly, 2-3 minutes per side, set aside
Add all other ingredients to slow cooker, stir, add oxtails last
Cover and cook on slow for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice
Oxtails are simply cross-sectioned cow tails and do not come from oxen.

“Are the tractors going to be circa 1955 like the newest cars in Cuba?”

Nope, they are copies of the 1948 Allis-Chalmers model G.
