WASHINGTON â The seemingly quick conclusion that Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died of ânatural causesâ this weekend is prompting calls for an autopsy and toxicological reports by activists and across social media platforms.
William Gheen, president of the Americans for Legal Immigration political action committee, noted the mediaâs ârushâ to proclaim Scaliaâs death in a rented room in a resort in Texas as either ânatural causesâ or heart attack within hours of the discovery of his body.
âAnytime a head of state, member of Congress, or the most conservative member of the U.S. Supreme Court is found dead, an extensive autopsy and toxicology examination should be both immediate and mandatory,â said Gheen. âThe horrid reaction and comments about his death expressed by many liberals online illustrate that Scalia was hated by many people. His death hands the power of the Supreme Court to the modern left for the first time in American history. The court can now vote, even without a replacement of Scalia, to radically change the United States of America. Scaliaâs death means the Supreme Court is now very likely to rubber stamp Obamaâs unconstitutional amnesty orders, tear down Republican drawn districts in many states including North Carolina, and take deep left turns on abortion, gun rights, or anything the liberals have ever dreamed of. Scalia was a solid vote against Obamaâs immigration orders to be decided by April of this year. We do not contend there is a conspiracy, we contend that there should be no doubts, and the way authorities and the media are rushing conclusions will leave major doubts and legitimate concerns about a death that could lead to a radical political transformation of America to the left.â

========================================
I am surprised that he lasted THAT long, with that kind of living. Type II diabetes is self-inflicted: too much food, not the right kind of food and not enough exercise.
He was 79, really obese, crappie diet, and no real exercise. He was a heart attack waiting to happen. Lucky to have lived as long as he did.

A new conspiracy theory?
“Damn these glasses!”
People often wonder how conspiracy theories are born. Well, here you go. We’re looking at it now.
If you are obese and get to 65, you actually have better odd than thin 65 years olds
"Yes, proceed! Proceed!"
Looks like same cause as Breibart?
Yep, no autopsy, burn quickly.
Unbelievable he was still a smoker being the Father of nine and grandfather of 35...they should have encouraged him to stop that nasty habit...
My hubby and I were both smokers, before kids...after kids they said it was difficult to even think we were once smokers..Neither of my kids smoke..and I never had a drug problem with them, they both work in the medical world, they see plenty... We have been Blessed, especially when I heard my friends share tales they have gone through.
I'm sure the Scalia Family and Friends will have a very difficult week ahead as well as the coming Months as the fight begins to replace their Loved One...
Prayers for them and for Our Country...
How do you explain George Soros Michael Moore, James Clyburn they should be expired as well. Heck most of the Congress should be embalmed as well they are old and many are not the picture of health.
How does a Judge have the authority to declare somebody dead? I thought the official call had to come from the County or State Coroner’s office, and that a doctor was the only one who could sign a death certificate.
It’s absolutely unthinkable that they wouldn’t do an autopsy. He could have died from poison, suffocation.
I don't trust anything about this govt....not one thing...
Great question. I had to look it up.
It can vary from state to state. In Minnesota, for instance, a physician makes the declaration of death and completes the certificate in all cases except suspicious circumstances, suicides, possible homicides, etc.
In Texas, it can be a physician or a Justice of the Peace. It's in the statute. Don't ask me why, but there it is.
I hear you. I thought for sure Ginsburg would be the first to pass.
