Does he have any protection as a SCOTUS judge?No Secret Service protection for USSC Justices. But for speaking engagements, the Justices are afforded US Marshalls Service details and local police are advised. Other than that, it's up to the Justice.

If Scalia was walked, Obama will not do just one. As Obama has said himself, "I am really good at killing people".
