HOUSTON â Even after Justice Antonin Scalia did not respond to a knock at the door of his suite at the Cibolo Creek Ranch at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, John B. Poindexter, the propertyâs owner, thought little of it.

Which one is the Vince Foster campaign medal?
U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s cause of death will not be officially determined for several days

At this point I am sure Obola and minions are exerting enormous press on him to stay silent on the issue. Seeing he is good buddies with the Kenyan, he likely will obey.
I sleep like that at the begging of every nights sleep it covers my head and face down to my nostrils im not the only one that sleeps like that
I read in one article they were invited by Pointdexter, Scalia had one friend there, and Pointdexter paid for everyone. Weird.
I have dispatch radio on 24/7. Every unaccompanied death requires medics to confirm and LE is invariably called to check it out. Invariably. I’m not sure about if someone dies and there are witnesses; that doesn’t seem to usually happen. Doesn’t matter if the person is known to be near death, always like that.
That is a very nothingburger article. How do they “determine” the cause of death with no autopsy??
This is so crazy, I was right THERE passing that place last Tuesday, on my way from my camp in the Davis Mountains to Lajitas for the mountain bike festival.
I did not know that. It could be a very pertinent tidbit.
He received a military award..
Drudge Report has title that says “it wasn’t a heart attack”. Nothing says otherwise. Does anyone have a link to story that says it was not a heart attack?
Pre-ordained like Fuddy?
Texas Monthly....some of the ranch land was Federal...donated to democrat who defeated a sitting republican..
Law enforcement said there was no evidence of foul play. I do not put much stock in the “pillow over his head” because that is a detail the ranch owner would have mentioned Saturday.
“.....His hands were sort of almost folded on top of the sheets.” said Mr. Poindexter, a manufacturing executive from Houston.
He added: “It was just like he was taking a nap. He just went to sleep and didn’t wake up.” (Source NYTimes)
NO mention of pillow over his head (which is NOT the same as a pillow over the face, BTW.)
Justice of the Peace spoke with his physician who said he was recently seen and there were several health issues. It did not have to be a heart attack (as in a sudden event). He could have been in congestive heart failure for all we know. I suspect his sudden passing was entirely consistent with his medical exam.
His family, 1 wife and 9 children, did not request or feel the need for an autopsy when presented with the option. The last I heard, absent evidence of foul play, it is the decision of the family-no one else, especially those who think it is necessary simply because he was a Supreme Court Justice, regardless of what the family desires.
