It has been confirmed that Judge Scalia is dead in his room at a Texas resort. No eulogy, but the man will far more than deeply missed as a soldier holding the line for our Constitution.
Suddenly this election has become much more complicated and more important than even the most pessimistic among us had realized. We must use this election as a final and clearest of statements to the US Senate that will confirm Obama's next(and rapid) appointment to the Supreme Court; that THEY MUST NOT ACT TO CONFIRM Scalia's successor, UNTIL this election is over!!
We must come together now, no matter what candidate we support and FLOOD every senator's switchboard and mail box.
Contact every conservative network in your grass roots, be it Libertarian, Church,Legal Bureau, and,yes- Prayer Chain you know of.
IF, IF this Republican Senate will not find the guts to do this much, we must make them understand CLEARLY that they will from that moment ceased to exist, as a political party.
We dont even need to think of the Crap that Obama could push through the Court if they cave and betray this time.
All were saying is: Make the Cowards and the betrayers more afraid of us to Confirm than not to confirm BEFORE the election. This is our only chance we have to prevent the “fundamental transformation of America” before we have even voted for a candidate.

Cruz once considered USSC Justice John Roberts a mentor, and is on record as having pushed for his appointment to the USSC.
Also ponder..... Cruz did a disappearing act when it came time to put his money where his mouth is ....to vote against Obama's hand-picked AG Loretta Lynch.
All of it underlines Cruz's vote (1) to fast-track TPP (Obama's legacy); (2) his aye vote on the Corker bill---the left rallying to save Obamas *** on the Iran nuclear deal.
From the Senate Judiciary Committee to all Rep. Senators we need to send this message. We need to organize, network with other like minded groups to show our strength, NO MATTER WHAT Mitch McConell and others may say about no confirmation. We simply cant trust them anymore. Their is a long trail of evidence for that. Trump Is an open question. He no record of public office yet. WE DO have conservative public statements our hope he will be an honest man. With the GOP Senate, we already have all the evidence we need to the contrary.

Network in your community,and organize. It’s never as bad or as good as we think. Organize and FIGHT for our beliefs, my brother. We certainly have nothing to lose, every thing to gain. Let your Senators feel the heat!
A solder who fights well, and is prepared to give it all is never defeated.
But not defeated. It is worth fighting as a good and faithful soldier. Organize and network in your community. God can inspire them to fight, through your devotion.
