If conservatism is your bag, if conservatism is the dominating factor in how you vote, there is no other choice for you in this campaign than Ted Cruz, because you are exactly right: This is the closest in our lifetimes we have ever been to Ronald Reagan.

Cruz is incompetent when it comes to the economy. He supported TPA and TPP. He supported increasing the H-1b’s. He even supports going back to the gold standard.

IMHO Trump has the best chance of making a big change in Washington. He does not care what the media says and has run his campaign with his own money. He owes no one anything.
what is interetsing to me is that Rubio (with the exception of immigration) is more conservative than Christie and was absolutely right in stating over and over that Obama is intentionally destroying the country. All politicians repeat their points over and over. Especially Trump who says little in his speeches except his usual canned talking points -- make America great again ... there are stupid people running the country ...blah blah blah
I have no love for Rubio but the hypocrisy in this election is stunning. Everybody is pushing an agenda and facts be damned.

My personal opinion on electable in the general is no, sad as I am to say that. He will be demonized and ‘Palinized’ from the get-go.
A lot of that going around...on every side.
Where did Cruzy serve? Oh I forgot, He is the Seventh King, he just leads the troops in the war against the wicked, to steal their money for the righteous. He and is father are loons...
