As much as I love Cruz as a conservative, there really is a voter rebellion underway and it may be unstoppable. Despite all the denials, the simple truth is the voters really are fed-up and really are up in arms against the establishment.
Trump's message is exactly what the voters are looking for:
Build the wall, enforce the law, deport them all, slap a moratorium on Muslim immigration, bomb the hell out of ISIS, cut the taxes, cut the spending, cut the regulations, cut the government, cut the bad trade deals, cut the political correctness crap, bring back capital, bring back manufacturing, bring back jobs, get the economy back on track, rebuild the military so no one messes with us and make America great again!
It's a winning message.
The rallies are real.
The pent up anger is real.
The rebellion is real!
GOPe RINOs Bush, Rubio, Kasich, et al, stand no chance whatsoever.
We still have hope for conservative Cruz to pull it out, but this is Trump's Rebellion to lose.
Go, Cruz, GO!!
Go, Trump, GO!!
Either way, we win, they lose.
That kind of healthcare for street people already exists. Many are too mental or drugged out to go use it though.
Sounds to me like an improvement to our old free market healthcare.
I really like both of them but believe the media will take down Cruz. The media cant touch Trump and they know it.
Well said
Can’t touch him? More like, refuse to touch him.
If he wins the nomination, just wait until you see the long daggers come out...
You folks will be bellyaching so much over the “nastyness” of the media as they expose the hack of a candidate Trump really is.
Here’s the difference between a “conservative” and a “nationalist”.
A nationalist cares about American workers because they are his brothers and sisters. A nationalist knows if there are no jobs for American workers that they can do, they won’t form families, their lives will follow a downward trajectory, they will fall victim to drugs and transient relationships, and that our communities will suffer as a result.
A conservative may dislike or even hate these outcomes, but he will say that it is the fault of the American workers, because either they have character defects or because they ask too much from their employers (via unions or otherwise), so it follows that sending their jobs to China and Malaysia is BETTER that keeping them here, because keeping them here involves some things that are not “conservative”.
Well, if that is conservatism, screw it. I was raised to love my country and her people, I hate what globalism has done and is doing to her and to them, and in the few years I have left I am committed to destroy the poison of globalism and to make America great again. That’s nationalism, that’s what I believe in.
You wish. I see it another way.
Yes. Agree wholeheartedly.
Well, it’s a given that the media is going to rip the Republican candidate to shreds regardless of who he is. Best be prepared to fight them and or go over, under around or through them. With gusto. And no gloves, no rules, no P/C.
Hereâs the difference between a âconservativeâ and a ânationalistâ.
Thanks, but I already know the difference. Nationalists are just right-leaning statists. Hitler, Mussolini, Franco, all nationalists, and all statists. I believe the state is beholden to the people, and not the other way around, while nationalists believe otherwise. I believe state interference in our economy does more harm than good, while nationalists believe the opposite. Nationalists believe the ends justify the means, while I believe the ends aren’t worth achieving if you sacrifice your principles along the way.
I am a conservative, not a nationalist. I’d certainly be willing to ally with nationalists until the Marxists are gone, but that would just be postponing an inevitable confrontation with the nationalists themselves, because conservatism, Republicanism, classical liberalism, the basis of our American values, are not compatible with nationalism.
Exactly.
That is what makes this election so different. Trump just went over the problem in an answer to a question at the SC rally. Status quo will not beat the democrats not will it make America great again.
“The media cant touch Trump and they know it.”
I think Trump has a long memory and he rewards people who are loyal to him. The people who attack him? Oy! Wouldn’t want to be them when/if he has the power.
Nice!
But, the rebellion has not started and calling the reality TV talk that is going on over this election a "rebellion" approaches dishonoring the Cowboy that was murdered in Montana by the hired FBI thugs
The real rebellion starts when #nomorefreewacos exist and payback starts to unfold on these thugs that think they can murder an unarmed Patriot then partially unclothe a 59 year old woman and make her sit in the snow for several hours, daring her to get up so that they could waste her and the man with her as well.
No, when these traitors that have sold out the American Citizen are hanging from lamp posts up and down the beltway, then the rebellion has truly started. Other than that, all this stuff is just reality TV to add smoke and mirrors to an already smoke filled room so that they can strip us of more of our freedoms.
Maybe Trump should run as a Nationalist - new third party. By your definitions, I’m on of ‘em.
It’s a voter rebellion against the establishment.
Thanks. Didn’t mean to dishonor anyone.
I second your third! I’m a Nationalist too!
Yes it is Jim. No amount of anything will change that.
So much what you said ... Disrupt the media, disrupt the mandarin federal unions, disrupt the ghettos ... time for all of them to get back in the back of the bus and let the adults drive.
