Guests to be interviewed today on major television talk shows:
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Republican presidential candidates Gov. John Kasich, R-OH, Gov Chris Christie, R-NJ; ex-Gov Jeb Bush, R-FL.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump; Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton; Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Sanders, Clinton; DeMaurice Smith, executive director of the NFL Players Association.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Republican presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio, R-FL; Trump; Clinton.
STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Sanders, Clinton, Trump; Christie; Kasich.
Sharyl Attkisson's Full Measure Events of one night, may have started a sea change in attitudes towards many refugees from the Mid-East and northern Africa. It was the New Year's Eve attacks on women in Cologne, Germany. Scott Thuman has the story, on the next episode of Full Measure.
With all the praising of Rubio by the MSM after Iowa last week, he really got slapped down by Christie last night on a couple of occasions. Loved when Christie called him out on having his 25 second memorized lines (paraphrasing) and as soon as Marco responded to Christie - Christie interrupted and said see, there he goes.
Morning SC.....
....indeed Rubio got some hits last night although he made some good points.
Christie kept pointing out how Senators don’t make decisions like Governors do. Rubio kept repeating the same talking points. They were good ones true, but it was practiced and polished and rough and tough Christie kept pointing it out to the audience laughter.
I think the best debater last night was Ted Cruz....more on this later.
It won't be easy and the communist lawyers will sue at every avenue. But the same EO's that are destroying the country can be canceled. We can get rid of all the communist programs such as obamcare and the IRS, a myriad of welfare programs that rob citizens of their ability to make a good living and basically start over.
What we need in the US is the opportunity to start over.Let's hope and pray that we get it.
Last night during the debate I heard steffy stepinit allthetime talking about the debate and giving debate analysis. I wondered if we were watching the same debate! These guys are communist pros and they are all in for hillary.
Nothing worth watching today...oh well, Trump on only one show, Cruz and Carson on none.
Off thread topic, but worth reporting; I filed my federal income tax return last Sunday, and last night when I checked my bank account on-line, I saw that my refund was deposited and credited as of yesterday.
Ted Cruz is treated by Fox and the rest as Voldemort.
I only watched about four minutes or so of the debate; around the time where Trump was asked a question about dealing with Congress until Kasich was trying to get ANOTHER rebuttal to Bush but then backed off and told the crowd he was just an eager beaver to talk...
I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand Kasich’s hand gestures with the Kung Fu like chops in the air and the wringing, pleading hands gestures. I just don’t want to see 4 years or more of this in Washington. I know it is petty, he actually didn’t say too much I disagreed with, but it just creepy to me.
When they asked Cruz about the heroin addiction question, I really thought that was a very soft ball lobbed his way, as it would be hard to answer and compare for anyone else who didn’t have a family member die of an overdose.
Not that Cruz’s answer was bad, it was very well stated, but it was kind of geared to one of his more important life experiences.
I turned it off when they went back to the others. I was worried I’d see Kasich Kung Fu hands again!
Tell Bray, buddy. His essay!
Yeah, well I work for myself, so I’m not filing until VERY late. I always owe the gubmint money, bloody leeches!
When you work for yourself, you must pay both sides of social security taxes, both yours and what would have been the company’s contribution, but when you ARE the company, you get to pay both. Fair?
Anyway, good for you, glad you got YOUR money so fast!
Jeb is right in the “sweet spot” on abortion.
Glen Beck,Blaze owner, is another putz who is all in for teddy the cruzer cause cruz comes on his show, almost at command, and the Donald wont give beck the time of day.LOL!!
Limbaugh continues to shill for cruz as well.Rush follows beck who is now his source de jourre and has been for some time.Along with some urging from his brother and his lawyer Mark Levin, Rush has deserted followers who expected him to remain fair and balanced so all his millions of listeners could make up their own minds. Limbaugh slickly dumped all his listeners in favor of bias. Sad day for talk radio.
Ok, everyone check this out!

Very possible. For instance: the Donald has kicked F.Chuck’s ass numerous times on MTP yet chucky keeps coming back for more,a true sign of insanity.
So true Gritty. We are calling evil good and good evil. That is what happens when you worship man since he is completely evil.
At least when you are the company, you can keep the profits. As far as using the words taxes and fair in the same sentence, that's a topic that could go on for days with no agreement.
I get it and that is fine. No sense tagging me, it is for my comrades.
I actually listened to Rush this week. He does seem to have taken a side but I’m convinced this will all sort out.
I’m not too upset that he pushes a particular candidate because in the end we’ll all vote and determine who wins, with Rush’s guidance or bias if you can call it that or despite it. His attack on Sarah Palin was awful!!!
Now Beck is another story entirely. He is mean spirited, extremely snarky, and just an all round jerk in my opinion. I think he does nothing for Cruz but actually hurts him with fair minded people by being so.
In any case, I’ll continue to listen to Rush even when I disagree. Beck I will not. Ever.
RG, that may have been one of the hardest ones to write period. It has been a theme and really hard to explain, but needs to be said.
