Somebody loses their job and they will be in the same position, ie they won’t have income to pay for insurance, will Rafael leave them without?
Of course not, therefore the government will stay pay for everything..
Seems like a substitution of US healthcare for a different model.
Cuban or Canadian, I will leave for others to determine.

Other than perhaps the amount of time per candidate, I will say that male moderator is going a good job. He sticks to the point and doesn’t enter into the debate.
Martha Redass however is a different story.

Trump brought the subject of Veterans up this election season, and is almost ignored on the topic.
The moderators teed it up for the other candidates, so they could fool folks into thinking this was their issue.
