It’s already gone to judicial review and is starting through federal court system. CRUZ could not make too much of Carson surrogate filing it but he did retaliate !

Congress has to declare Cruz eligible, I do declare. Cruz needs to stop watching Cnn and tweeting too! Both he and Rubio are ineligible. The big difference between them is Rubio is likable.

I don’t think Cruzs’ mother filed the appropriate paperwork. Cruz thought he could skate on this because Canadians know how to skate! It’s a simple fix, Cruz, produce your US BC! If he had one he would have posted it by now! And come on give me a break it took him until 2014 to renounce? Honest mistake, lol!
