I am a Cruz (1), Trump (2) Supporter but I make it a point to watch his Trump’s Rally’s and follow the FR Threads Living in CA, by the time the Primary rolls around we will already have a Candidate. Cruz or Trump work for me, Rubio not so much. #;^)

“An e-mail sent to news media outlets and a “tweet” issued by a fake Twitter account announced that Eckersley had suspended his campaign due to personal reasons.
Eckersley blames his opponent, Republican Billy Long, for sending out the hoax days before the election,
“You know this is dirty politics. This is Jeff Roe style management. That’s who Billy’s retained. That’s who he writes the big checks to,” Eckersley tells Missourinet affiliate KTTS.

Unintended consequences of NRO et al and their orchestrated anti-Trump campaign. They will not be able to win the general election because disgruntled conservatives stuck between the RINOs on the left and the RINOs on the right just might not want to show up to the polls, or simply write in Trump.
