PPP Poll Out Tomorrow - Trump lead lowers; Rubio tied for third (VANITY)
VANITY

Posted on 02/03/2016 9:32:40 PM PST by TigerClaws

The Cruz/Trump wars are killing both candidates and moving Rubio up to prime Romney position. Here's the poll from PPP to be released tomorrow:

Trump 25 Cruz 21 Rubio 21 Carson 11 Jebra 5 Kasich 5 Rand 5 Christie 3 Fiorina 3 Gilmore 1 Santorum 0

Rubio is calling on the party to 'consolidate' (guys behind me drop out and endorse me).

The MSM is laughing about the Trump vs. Cruz war and encouraging it -- Karl Rove on Fox tonight telling Trump he was right; Trump did steal Iowa; go sue over it and keep imploding pursuing it.

This is a calculated destruction of the insurgency candidates by the GOPe.

Unfortunately, as can be seen on this board, Trump and Cruz are playing into the hands of the Uniparty right now.

If you can get to Trump or Cruz, tell them to talk and go back to fighting the real fight - against the Washington cartel - and not killing off our chances for a non-amnesty candidate.

Yes.

Campaign to win New Hampshire.

Don’t harp over a 1 delegate difference and 5000 votes and 1.5% of the national vote.

It looks weak. It looks whining. Petulant. Attacking Cruz is pointless.

Cruz won’t play in Illinois, or any northeast state or the left coast. His only relevance is the Bible belt and Trump can compete.

They are LAUGHING in D.C. right now at Trump/Cruz killing each other.

Look at this thread. LAUGHING.

Don’t blame Cruz because Trump is imploding.

The only thing Cruz did was win in Iowa... that drove Trump crazy. He managed to hold it together long enough for a nice concession speech.

And then ... well, he couldn’t hold it together.

He is not a stable person. If Trump supporters really don’t want Rubio, now is the time for them to move to the real conservative ... Ted Cruz.

HALF of New Hampshire voters make up their minds who to support in the 5 days before the vote.

Half.

How is Cruz/Trump going to do with all this? Trump is blowing it more so than Cruz.

People can’t even have a conversation on FR any more.

We will kill each other. Rubio will stroll in in his high heeled boots with the GOPe laughing.

Killing each other? Trump can’t lay a glove on Cruz.

Cruz is not a natural fit for N.H. He is polling in 4th or 5th place. Lay a glove?

This is by design. All of this is planned. Cruz wins to stop Trump’s invincibility. Then Cruz/Trump kill each other. Then Rubio moves up and one of the governors.

I would not be surprised to see Cruz win in New Hampshire. Can’t predict that for sure, but it is looking good right now.

I am praying that Cruz does win New Hampshire.

That will show us exactly what Trump is made of.

I don’t believe he can withstand the test.

Huh?

Cruz is at 11%. He can’t go Bible preachin’ in New Hampshire. He will finish 3/4. Trump and Rubio coin toss for 1/2.

Laughing in D.C. is just more talking points. D.C. doesn’t give a rat’s a$$ about Trump or Cruz. Trump set another record tonight in a stadium in Arkansas. The people want him because he’s honest, what you see is what you get.

I’m glad he doesn’t play these stupid games of being nice to the guy who just stole an election and ran ads that were outright lies.

Not only that, but Trump voters have nowhere else to go but Cruz. There’s no one else close to anti-establishment now that Rand’s out. Unless you count Carson, who seems as opposite to Trump as you can get other than both being non-politicians. So Cruz has a lot to gain by Trump imploding.

I support Trump.

Trump is messing up by ranting on Twitter and focusing on the narrow loss. MOVE ON. It looks petty.

no you take a good chunk out of your time and money to run for president and another candidate teams up his people to steal votes from you and you are supposed to take it and move on.. screw that.. and I hear there are a load of Cruz backers who have dropped him because of this thing with Carson

Trump voters will stay home. Many are independent, union voters, or hardheaded. Look on here. Many Cruz folks would stay home as well.

I don’t hear Rubio talking about a single policy position in any of his recent TV appearances. I can’t recall offhand any of his tax or economic positions. Militarily, he seems to be firmly in the “shoot down Russian planes” establishment wing of the party. The whole amnesty flip is too huge to forgive or forget. That’s the absolute worst kind of flip-flop, making a campaign promise, then being elected and doing the opposite. That’s “no new taxes.” That isn’t evolving. It also shows that when the establishment says “jump,” Rubio asks how high. On the issues that are most important to the establishment, Rubio will give in every time.

I don’t think the Trump folks care that Cruz got in the race first, he outpolls Hillary over Trump in every poll, and he has proven he can win election in a large state. Cruz is the best bet for conservatives, but Trumpsters have been seduced by a slick-talking con man and have lost all sense.
