Wednesday, February 3, 2016: GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in Little Rock, AR at Barton Coliseum at 5:00 PM CST.
Little Rock is the capital and the most populous city of the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is also the county seat of Pulaski County. It was incorporated on November 7, 1831 on the south bank of the Arkansas River very near the geographic center of the state. The city derives its name from a rock formation along the river, named "La Petite Roche" by the French in 1799. The capital of the Arkansas Territory was moved to Little Rock from Arkansas Post in 1821. The city's population was 193,524 at the 2010 census.

You know, I was thinking. Many of us have been watching these rallies for weeks now. EVERY SINGLE RALLY, EVERY SINGLE RALLY, PEOPLE ARE LEFT OUTSIDE AND NOT ABLE TO GET IN.
I'm not talking a couple hundred people, I'm talking thousands. Over the course of weeks, it adds up to tens of thousands.
I'm hoping that today marks the day that he starts using some big venues. The Barton Coliseum is home to the Arkansas football team. So, we're talking 60,000?

AK WOW he gets around. One thing you can say about him is that he has a good work ethic.

Time for big endorsements and big big venues. No more locking thousands of people out. It makes no sense.
He goes up to Vermont and leaves 20,000 out in the cold unable to get in.

I get the sense that Trump is taking over his campaign. He was fired up last night like a Banshee.

Trump and team try very hard to accomodate everyone who comes...
....but they are limited to the size of each town’s venue
...and time and again, Trump stays afterward to speak to the overflow crowd, when the venue is too small
So today, they must be expecting the kind of crowds who can fill this type of place

we all should be amongst friends on here, sadly some seem to gloat attacking the other side thinking it helps their guy when clearly all they are doing is embarrassing themselves and helping the establishment.

When you’re campaigning you go from small town to large town to small town again
it just so happens that thousands are hopeful for Trump and his message and they will stand in all kinds of weather to hear him

I hope Trump comes up with something like gift cards like for Subway or KFC, Popeyes etc. Don’t know the exact legality of it, possibly safer than on site free hot dogs. Chicken is a very big enterprise in Ark, my family comes from there.
Its winter, its cold, people are hungry.

I feel like we’re kindred spirits. I can’t imagine a day without interaction with the people here.
I’ve completely shut down the TV and Radio news people. TV is for TCM and Netflix (has anyone seen this delightful movie The Intern yet?) Radio for music.
I’m getting all my news from FR and TIME magazine. Yes, I bought a subscription after they put Trump in there.

The second thing, is that he wants it more than anyone.
I want to see more of the humility side of him, like he was in the speech in Iowa after the voting. Smiling, thanking people, congratulating the other candidates. That’s American class.

Had his rallies hooked up via LIVE video hook up. He would be in Des Moines, and it was broadcast live to 7 or 8 other venues. Trump could easily have done that. Questions were taken from these other venues.
When I say stupid, I honestly don’t think Trump was calling the shots on where the venues should be.
Clearly, someone decided to book small venues and limit the tickets.
I think Trump is in control and from here on, you will see huge venues.
I can’t imaging he’ll get more than 20,000 in Little Rock, but what do I know. The place fits 60K
