I watch the sales—a new store here that is competing with Whole Foods had salmon on sale for $3.97/lb!! It was fresh and excelent—I bought and froze a year’s supply ;) Well, not quite a year, but a lot :)

Uhm how many pounds of salmon? I know a year supply for me would be at least 50 lbs and that is conservative count.

I have a habit of stocking up on sales, and my new extra big freezer is stuffed! I never thought I’d fill it and wanted to keep a shelf free for things I bake. oh well...
