On January 16th, the Trump campaign put out a facebook post with "How to Caucus Iowa," a 90 second instruction video on the basics of caucusing. Within 24 hours, it received about 30,000 views. In the last couple of weeks, it's been spreading virally through Trump supporters sharing on social media and has now received over 190,000 views. For what it is worth, Trump can probably handily win Iowa if it reaches his 50,000 caucus turnout goal.
I mention this because the Trump campaign criticism is that it is not doing a traditional ground game of thousands of volunteers knocking on doors and calling or (harassing) people. When you are selling a hot product, you don't need to harass people to caucus like Cruz is doing. In many ways, knocking on doors and constantly begging people can be counter-productive. It gets annoying. People tune it all out. A simple message such as this video is often more effective.
You'll see Monday that all Trump really needs to do is to get the word out how to caucus and where to caucus. He recently put a how-to-caucus link on his website with an easy tool to find your caucus location. He also is sending emails with this link to his massive Iowa database, and also on twitter and facebook. There's also a massive phone bank operation that has been set up for the last week before caucusing to educate supporters on caucus locations.
Trump's ground game is grassroots peer-to-peer. It is under the radar and involves supporters involving their own friends and family network to bring more folks to caucus. You don't see that in metrics. You will see that Monday night in results.

It is 356 days, 22 hours, 39 minutes, 6 seconds until the one becomes the gone.
Trump plays Chess while the others think the game is Checkers. The successful candidacy paradigm has forever been changed. The “media’s role” is also being changed. Who would have thought a “billionaire” would drive all the money out of political campaigning and put the media in it’s proper place. Trump has more “balls” than all of the rest of them combined.

Just pray that his successor isn’t another RAT! GO TRUMP!
He had Facebook link also, which is different than Youtube link.

Hope he has enough forms available or the means to print more if they do not need to be authorized
Trump has planned the work and now he’s working the plan. No politician is a match for him.
I can tell you two things ...
In reading descriptions on various How To Caucus sites, they explain that there are some districts that may actually have a caucus location event At A Home ...
LOL Good Luck with That!
Secondly, over saturation of talk radio with pre-caucus ads is not necessary a good thing ... If I hear one more Cruz ad, I’m going to scream!
Anyone knocking on my door who wasn't' invited is seen and treated as a rude obnoxious interruption.
They don't get it. But I hope they keep those cheesy tv commercials coming.
We’d get along great ;)
Knock Knock;
Go Away ~
Awesome pic! I am hoping that President Trump will support the Convention of States initiative. Term limits, balanced budget amendment and repeal of the 17 Amendment would save the Republic. Mark Levin has some others that would be good too. But if all we got were the three I mentioned, we would be good.
Well, I live in OK and I watched the video.
I'm the same way. Increasingly so these days given how busy I am - even when at home.
If you knock on my door uninvited you're just going to piss me off. It's actually not permitted in my neighborhood.
There is a special place for the uninvited AHs who bang on doors without warning.
I always have something special for them.
They’re all by me.
I get paid 5 cents per.
