If Cruz and Rubio are not eligible to run for President, how come the media, congress, SCOTUS, the White Hut and other agencies haven’t filed suit yet?
I can surmise this two ways. The first is they are both eligible, this is another case of birther whack jobs coming out of the word work, in that case end of story.
Or, by waiting until the nominating process runs its course, the impending lawsuit would be another Alinsky and Cloward-Piven tactic to throw this country into even further turmoil.
As for me, the minute the first vote is cast for Rubio or Cruz, the debate is over. If either one or both are not eligible, they should not be on the ballot. Period. There has been ample enough time to decide this, which means if it hasn’t been congress is not doing their job. Which if anything, gives TEA Party and Conservative organizations the ammo necessary to get rid of more RINO’s and RATS.

I always find it funny when people claim they knew the founders wanted no foreign influences. The founders did not want a women to be president either. The founders did not think blacks were human.
But to your point, a lot of constitutional scholars believe the Natural Born Clause was added to make eligible American Citizens born aboard. Just the opposite of the prevailing thought.
Personally I believe that Cruz is eligible and your opinion might be different. So, we agree to disagree.

So I guess there is no need for a lawsuit - Fox News has decided. I’ll have to re-read my copy of the Consitution as don’t remember Fox News being named as the arbiter of citizenship issues.It's not about who is or isn't the arbiter, it illustrates another level of doubt.
Because Cruz was too stupid to have done something before all this (if anything can be done) there will forever be doubt even if a court decides in his favor.
People have as much faith and respect for court decisions as they do the government.
As a result, Ted Cuz will never be elected President nor be anyone's VP.

And there is influence if your are foreign born. I have lived in this country since the age of 11, I am a naturalized citizen, but I still defend my country of birth if anyone makes derogatory comments. I’m a loyal American, vote in every election, do my homework about the candidates and issues, have always held a job until retirement, and never had to rely on social services for help. but I still feel affection for my country of birth. I attended citizenship classes before achieving citizenship, and know I could never run for President or V.P., the highest offices in the land.
Of course you still have a heart for the old country. Its natural but like my parents, you were so happy and proud to become American. There still are people that do this nowadays and my recently naturalized Brother in Law put us to shame for all we did not know when he quizzed us. My parents are from Italy. The stories I could tell you about Musolini is kinda weird coming from a 53 year old. My mom, an infant, was made to cry so the German soldiers would leave my grandparents home. It worked!
