Fox News Worse than Liberal Media to Donald Trump
Breitbart News ^ | January 27, 2016 | Joe B Pollak

Donald Trump is boycotting Thursday’s final pre-Iowa GOP debate. And every Republican candidate should. Fox News is treating Trump worse than any liberal media outlet would–worse, even than John Harwood and CNBC.

Last week, moderator Megan Kelly convened a special panel of anti-Trump writers from National Review to mark the launch of their attack on Trump. This week, Fox News prepared for the debate by inviting a Muslim activist who has criticized Trump to be one of three YouTube personalities to question the candidates. And on Tuesday, as Trump considered whether to participate in the debate, Fox issued a petulant, snarky press statement mocking him:

We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president — a nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.

Trump should simply post to twitter in response to the Fox attack all the bowing bow bow does.

That first debate with FOX News and Megyn Kelley was little more than a firing squad where the panel took potshots at the candidates. It was awful and I 100% support anyone who doesn’t show up for the next round of Megyn raging on Donald.

Oh, and anyone want to guess how big a percentage of viewers say that Donald wins this next debate without even attending it?

This is completely ridiculous. They have Trump on more than all the other candidates combined. They should rename it the Trump network.

But Megyn Kelly threw the debate to Trump. She never asked him a real question, she just played into his whole schtick.

In the Megan Kelly dust up I think Trump shot himself in the foot. He keeps doing it and so I can understand why he does not want to face her again.

Fox News is marching to the GOP desire to be rid of Trump but its backfiring. It started with Kelley’s attack on Trump but who came out better on that deal. Now, Trump backs away from the debate (which he said he would do some time ago should Kelley be a moderator) to hold a fund raiser for the “Wounded Warrior’s program, a good move on Trumps part as thousands of people will boycott the Fox debate (me included). The political debates have run their course, holding more is redundant.

What attack? She played right into Trump's schtick. She did him a favor.

Trump is the GOP's dream candidate. He is liberal on the issues, but has fooled a chunk of conservative voters.

-Fox News Worse than Liberal Media-

Sort of a distinction without a difference wouldn’t you say?

Rupert Murdoch is trying to get ahead of the story regarding debate partner, Google, talking about Google and their influence on government. Setting up Google as fall guy for debate fall. Google is now the enemy

Google has cleverly planted dozens of their people in White House, Downing St, other governments.
Most brilliant new lobbying effort yet.

Tech tax breaks facilitated by politicians easily awed by Valley ambassadors like Google chairman Schmidt eg, posh boys in Downing St.@

Global tech companies making enormous profits most places, funnelling $$ thru tax havens. Unless stopped will ruin local businesses who pay.

Google et al broke no tax laws. Now paying token amounts for p r purposes. Won’t work. Need strong new laws to pay like the rest of us.

Ailes knew there was a potential for friction and should have been perceptive enough to stop this before it got to the “mine’s biggr than yours” point of no return.

He and FOX lose a hell of a lot more than The Donald.
After all - Trump has the Big Mo and the nation’s attention - not FOX or Megyn Kelly.

Now it’s an impasse and neither side can back down without losing face.

That said, there is no question that Trump trumped up this confrontation to keep center stage and suck all the air out of the room - again.
