The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.
"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "the Steve Malzberg Show."
"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

Even if AG decides to indict, it will require a DC based grand jury to actually issue the indictment. What are odds of THAT happening???

It's much more likely a GOP candidate will be indicted for some phony trumped up charge like the Planned Parenthood movie maker in Houston. The media will pick that up like a starving dog a beefsteak.
Like Stalin and the Bolsheviks, the Democrats can make any charge stick long enough to get past the election and their desired outcome - another Marxist in the Rainbow House and final control over the USA.

Unless these people are physically unable to do the things they do, i.e., locked up, then all the law, Constitutional limitations, and historical precedent mean nothing.
