The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.
"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "the Steve Malzberg Show."
"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

The FBI can’t keep quiet. The leaks are happening to apply pressure. We saw Obama just react. Hillary can’t go anywhere close to the public without being asked questions.
What we’re seeing is the FBI sidestepping the Justus Dept and going straight to the American people. It might be time to check the line on Hillary out of Vegas.
If DeLay does actually have inside information, he ought to keep quiet, because he just makes it easier for the media and the rest of the Clinton machine to paint the FBI investigation as a partisan witch hunt. (Just because they are going after the Wicked Witch of the Midwest doesn’t make it a witch hunt.)

Comey will resign. He’ll take the fall for the release of the findings. There’s nothing Obama or Hillary can do at this time. The course is locked in.

My fear is that these are phony leaks designed to maximize the size of the polling bounce Hillary gets when there is no recommendation to indict.

I have a friend who’s a close friend of Jim Comey’s. I asked him what Comey would do if he recommends going after the beeeeeeatch and the White Hut blocks it. He said Comey would resign ASAP and rumor is a ton of agents working on the investigation would also. Said that the details would be “leaked” and that would be even a bigger scandal.....
