DeLay: FBI 'Ready to Indict' Hillary
NewsMax ^ | January 25, 2015 | Bill Hoffmann

The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "the Steve Malzberg Show."

"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

“FBI just refers. AG will have to green light any incident and that’d come from the top.”

Unless Federal Law is different that State Law, the FBI will ARREST AND CHARGE HER with the crimes! And if it was handled in normal fashion, they would pick her up, and cuff her. Then it would be off to some slammer for BOOKING. Only then would the AG and her pack of crooks be able to decide what to do. And that will put the Halfbreed in a real bind with the citizens. Then again, we’re talking about Arkansas Royalty, so it might be different with Her Thighness.

I have a bottle of Beefeater gin waiting on the decision. Depending on which way the decision goes, I will either want to open it, or need to open it.

I won’t hold my breath either, but man, it’d be so sweet to see her mug shot.

Maybe so but it would sure change the political landscape if Biden and Warren enter the race for the Democrats.

I think the Hammer missed this one. FBI can only bring evidence to the DOJ, and then they will make the call.

An Obama AG /DOJ? 95% chance it will never happen.

However, I do not know what the statute of limitations are for offenses of these kind, so depending on the next administration.....hmmmmmmmm

The way I read it was if the Department of Justice won't indict following the FBI recommendations, the FBI will publicly indict. That is, throw it into the public arena.

I think people who know the FBI cannot indict, knew that's how it was being explained.

There may be another way however and it involves U.S marshals and it could get quite ugly, both politically and publicly.

“There was NO video so why are you asking about my server. It’s a typical sterling silver serving set.”

So my comments about “wiping it with a cloth” were completely accurate.

The Black Panther non-indictment was a very different scenario. The Civil Rights Division was already filled with a boatload of SJW true believers who didn’t see anything wrong (morally/ethically) with it. Plus it was minor and eas to brush under the rug. Only Conservative media really cared, and it’s not like we’re ever going to support the Progressives, right?

What we’re seeing here is the Intel and Federal Law enforcement communities “signaling,” through third parties, that there’ll be an open revolt if there’s no indictment. Thats one hell of a threat.

I think there are two possibilities here. First, Obama and Lynch will try for a third path: appoint a special prosecutor and try to punt the matter until after the election.

Second, they cut a deal with Hillary: pardons all around in exchange for her dropping out (health reasons!) and letting Biden step in as the Elder Statesman and have the nomination.

I'm not sure if they can go public in any meaningful way. They would lose their jobs. Leaks to the press, maybe, but that has never slowed down the Clintons.

Anyway, with Obama and Lynch running interference, there's not a chance she'll be indicted. For now, it's their leverage. She'll do and say whatever they want her to do and say.

It will be explosive. There’s no way it can be covered up.

That’s for certain.

That question brings a smile to my face.

No doubt you ask that rhetorically.

One wink from the Supreme court and I bet both Hillary and the Attorney general could be arrested.

Maybe happen, probably not, but don’t go defeatist. If the case is clear cut and the obstruction by the DOJ becomes obvious, all hell will break loose.

Baloney! The FBI cannot indict anyone. If they were serious or honest, they could arrest and charge her. But since the FBI is a wholly owned Obama sudsidery, this is just bull shit to mark time. Nothing will happen to Hillary this side of the grave.

The AG is all gung ho to indict in the Flint, Michigan lead in the water case. Seems like this rises to THAT level.

Somebody will have to go public eventually.

Even if she’s indicted and convicted she’d have a large voter base:
