The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.
"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "the Steve Malzberg Show."
"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

If DeLay does actually have inside information, he ought to keep quiet, because he just makes it easier for the media and the rest of the Clinton machine to paint the FBI investigation as a partisan witch hunt. (Just because they are going after the Wicked Witch of the Midwest doesn't make it a witch hunt.)

If the FBI goes public, Obama will pardon her of any wrong doing immediately you can be sure of this. He will not be upstaged.
Either way, Clinton is finished. Obama’s pardon protects him from the dirt she has on him in the Benghazi cover up.
The Clintons will NOT bow out of this campaign until the last minute. Fellow democrats will jump her ship as republicans did to Nixon.
She will hang in there to the bitter end.
I'd suppose the Democrat party would like to get rid of her ASAP so they can get Warren or Biden or somebody else that's better than Bernie as their nominee.
No doubt the Clintons have plenty of stuff they can use for blackmail purposes. The promise of a post-election pardon by Obama would obviously be part of the compensation to Hillary for not releasing the blackmail stuff and taking a lot of people down with her.
If there is no indictment and the FBI goes public, Obama is safe. I really doubt the FBI would go public UNLESS the attorney General refuses to indict. Also, going public would certainly mean Hillary wouldn’t be able to get a fair trial. (Tried in the press).
Correct. The FBI does not convene grand juries. They investigate crimes and recommend (or not) indictments. DOJ prosecutors convene the GJ.

I will believe it when I see it. Ive seen Hitlary Clinton get away with SO many things, the Clintons always get away with everything so we will see what happens here. Its all up to Obama, he runs the show, if he wants Clinton indicted it will happen, if he doesnt, than it wont happen
