Politics always trumps justice with this administration (see IRS scandal, Fast and Furious, etc.), just as it did with the Clinton administration (Janet Reno's "investigation" of Democrat wrongdoing).

If DeLay does actually have inside information, he ought to keep quiet, because he just makes it easier for the media and the rest of the Clinton machine to paint the FBI investigation as a partisan witch hunt. (Just because they are going after the Wicked Witch of the Midwest doesn't make it a witch hunt.)

The FBI can’t keep quiet. The leaks are happening to apply pressure. We saw Obama just react. Hillary can’t go anywhere close to the public without being asked questions.

What we’re seeing is the FBI sidestepping the Justus Dept and going straight to the American people. It might be time to check the line on Hillary out of Vegas.
