“Savage is every bit as nuts as Beck.”

Not that I disagree, but be sure to let us know when Trump is down on the border with Savage handing out welcome bags to illegal aliens.

Just because you don’t like Savage does not mean he is crazy. The last time I checked was worth around 240 million. He does not half to do what he does on the radio. That pure passion unlike pseudo intellectual.

Savage has higher ratings than Beck. Think he is number 2 or number 3? Where is the loon Beck who is crying on air just about everyday on the radio because he’s an alcoholic?

It's what the PEOPLE want and are hungry for. They want strong, successful, positive, bold and unabashedly pro-America, pro-capitalism leadership! A winner!

It's about the people, stupid!

Amen, Jim. This is the reason that Trump is leading, and it's as plain as the nose on your face. It astounds me that some people didn't figure that out from the first day he announced with that positive message.

I suppose because he's a successful entrepreneur, he's honed his instincts to find out what the other party most needs and wants, then look for ways to deliver that to them. After decades of practice, it's just second nature for him to spot the hot buttons, then steer himself toward them.

What's really sad to see, is that the majority of politicos, urinalists, and other elites, can't see these things when they're staring them in the face. We've even told them point blank what the problems are for years, but they only hear each other.

Trump gets it because he hears and sees.

Expanded NSA surveillance powers is what I am struggling with. I do not think it is right to cast a net over law abiding citizens in hopes of catching the bad guys. That includes requiring my phone be encrypted in such a way that law enforcement can get access. Especially without my knowledge.

I have a strong distaste for the collection of data from everyone because someone might be a criminal or a terrorist. Granted I was in school back in the olden days, but I was taught and I still believe government was not supposed to be involved in every aspect of our lives.

I think Cruz was at the peak in the last debate after responding to the Natural born thing...and he even gave a pretty good answer about the New York Values initially. If he had stopped, it would have been fine...

But no. He then got cute by 1/2 and went for the smart @ss “No conservatives in Manhattan,” comment, and that opened the door big and wide not only for the Trump come back and for the days following Trump now controls the message and finds even Hillary backing him.

And you’re right, then aligning himself with the wing nut Glen Beck, and he now has the appearance of being a little weird and unconventional.

Beck cut down Newt terribly last election, and he’s doing the same thing with Trump, and I guarantee he will not support the man if he wins the nomination.

And neither will the gang of 22 at the NRO.

I’m for Trump...The good, the bad and the ugly of him.

Sorry, but I am. I will certainly support the nominee strongly, but for now we are in deep difficulty...the absolute worst that I can remember ever.

And you see it in Iowa. You see in Iowa, in many ways, America’s past. That’s why they always seem to vote for the “best person,” the one we should aspire to.

It will be interesting to see now who wins. It could easily been a Cruz rout, now I’m not so sure.

But he's missing the boat. Trump has outflanked him, has him confused, has him rattled and now Cruz is falling into the same trap as Bush, Carson, Fiorina and all the others who attacked him and lost.

Cruz has fought in court battles, and on the Senate floor. These arenas have very specific rules, and parameters. I think Trump blows Cruz away because Trump's battles and strategy comes from his real world experience, without being shackled by the constraints Cruz has operated in.

They are both very intelligent guys, but Trump has an edge because he also has street smarts, honed by time, and real world experience. When Cruz "tries to go there", he fails. Nobody can out Donald, The Donald.

It’s the content of the speech you should consider. I can listen to Obama and Hillary give a “great speech,” but I’ve previously heard and rejected their arguments.
