The crowd laughed and clapped, and someone in the audience shouted out love for the candidate.
"We love you, too, man," Trump said.
Trump's comment came during a campaign rally Saturday at Dordt College in northwest Iowa. The 1,500-seat theater completely filled, hundreds more watched his speech from an overflow room.

Actually, it’s Trump fans who have been posting anti-Cruz articles from Huffington Post and other leftwing sources.
And Trump puts himself squarely in that camp with his attacks from the left and his announcement that we need to get a “little” establishment.
Then there’s the video where he says he hates the concept of guns and wouldn’t ban partial birth abortion.
There are always multiple threads on a topic if the source is different and the title or subject is not searched. this is the first I’ve seen it.
Humor always has a little bit of truth to it. If it didn’t it wouldn’t be funny.

Look: We know it was a joke. We know Trump was just saying, in colorful terms, that his followers will be loyal to him no matter what. But that's not a good thing. Politicians shouldn't have followers who will, to borrow the old saying, let them get away with murder.
