He’s not defining conservatism. It’s not even about conservatism. It’s about the very survival of our nation.
Yup! And these a-hole pundits still don’t get it.
Amen....
We can’t survive with another RINO Jim...
Which is why I vehemently oppose electing a liberal like Trump. The last thing we need is another narcissist in the White House.
TTTT!
+1
Yes but not with the urgency Trump is using to position himself as the one who can rescue it as it's hero.....
I understand the attraction to Trump ....he's powerful, wealthy, and pretty much everything many men and woman might hope they could be and obtain in life....the strong alpha male as many have referred him as..... And for that thinking he could do likewise for this country...because nobody would push him around....
Well that's fine but running this country...the government and all there is to this nation takes much more than a strong man as most recognize..........
I do not buy his stories.....too often he flavors everything with the brilliance of himself.....something which truly strong men simply do not do, only those who are weak inwardly do that, and those who seek more and more power. I think everybody recognizes Trump is a risk....nobody knows what he'll do...including him....but I am absolutely convinced it will not be as many think or hope.
“Heâs not defining conservatism. Itâs not even about conservatism. Itâs about the very survival of our nation.”
It’s about time we started realizing that an idology isn’t worth much if it fails to deliver on it’s promises of a better life for ALL our citizens. You know it’s funny, Liberals are forever telling us that their repeated failures are simply the result of “the wrong” people trying to make it work. But based on recent history, I’d have to say that conservatives (or at least people who tell us that they are conservatives) can’t point to a good track record of trying to make conservative principles work for all of us either. So what I want to know is, are they liars, or just incompetent? I was involved in GOP politics here in California when Ronald Reagan was our governor. I spent some time in meetings where he was present. He was a lot softer man than Trump, but I always came away from being with him feeling that he had the best interests of all of the people of California in everything he did. I am hoping that Trump can give us some of the leadership that Reagan possessed.
Succinctly and well said!
Heâs not defining conservatism. Itâs not even about conservatism. Itâs about the very survival of our nation.
