What has Graham passed that’s “meaningful”?

I wonder what Congress has passed that Graham considers meaningful?
Medicare drug coverage?
Tax increases?
New federal spying powers?
Obamacare?

Seems to me the most meaningful accomplishment of a senator would be gumming up the works for any of the above, not ‘going along to get along’.

Who’s this Graham person? He sounds like someone who would choose party before country.

With majorities in both houses of Congress, the GOPe has to pretend to LEAD - something it has failed to do time and time again.
