n a sermon last year at an Irving, Texas, megachurch that helped elect Ted Cruz to the United States Senate, Cruzâ father Rafael Cruz indicated that his son was among the evangelical Christians who are anointed as âkingsâ to take control of all sectors of society, an agenda commonly referred to as the âSeven Mountainsâ mandate, and âbring the spoils of war to the priestsâ, thus helping to bring about a prophesied âgreat transfer of wealthâ, from the âwickedâ to righteous gentile believers.

Good evening to you as well.
Really, are you certain that the anointed one, Ted Cruz, doesn’t believe in his father’s faith? Are really certain. Are you willing to handle this here rattle snake as proof of your certainty? jeez parksstp, give me a break. Why else would the Tedster go out and have his dad do a couple of campaign stops for him?
And if it ain’t the dad, what about Teddy himself, giving monies to help the ol’ turtle against Bevin? And he stood by during that whole Thad thing. jeepers.
DID YOU WATCH IT; NO...REALLY AND TRULY WATCH IT?
I am Christian. I have read both books of the Bible many times over. I have favorite hymns that I often sing to myself. This was NOT "just praying for Ted"! And since you appear to think it was.....GO WATCH IT AGAIN, PLEASE!
Ted is supposedly Baptist and I don't think I've seen anything saying whether Ted believes in the Seven Mountains stuff.
I don't care if it's Trump or Cruz, but someone talking about being anointed king of the seven pillars of society is just whack.
You cannot even see the bias at that site, yet have nothing but hateful things to say about me.
We see who’s living in denial....and who has to resort to personal attacks, since you cannot discuss issues.
I’ll do what I can. :-)
Should he have walked out and disrespected his own father? Do you truly know what Ted Cuz believes in his heart?
It looks like the cross (not Cruz) standing over the word "now".
I don’t address it, but Ted’s dad is out there a bit.
I’m not going to discuss it here, but you should check his dad out for your own knowledge
Well, if you’re going to go there...
I believe this stuff is not well known.
Think why the Dems are so silent against him, but for saving it up in case they ever need it. Even in TEXAS, this would be used against him at re-election time.
Maybe it will sell in funky Iowa and in the South, but nationwide, I would be shocked that this video will be a plus for him.
It would be nice if he is anointed that he would have troubled himself to anoint a few other conservatives running for election in 2014, instead of running utterly silent to redeem himself with McConnell and the boys, and contributing to the NRSC ($200,000.00) that destroyed other conservative men like Matt Bevin, in Mississippi.
Never forget Mississippi.
Conservative Treehouse seems to be run by a very ardent Trump supporter.
The whole dang sermon/service is posted as a you tube video, wade through the whole two plus hours yourself to see the lips moving and the words coming out of the man’s mouth. I posted the link earlier. Do I have to hold your hand too? jeepers people It smells alright....it smells like gasoline as a match is about to light it ablaze.
That kind of holier than thou talk is a real turn off.
What next? We're the ones we've been waiting for?
Mormons don't drink, so how can that be. Besides, how can Beck believe this stuff and Mormonism at the same time?
He certainly came off as very unprofessional with that whole "Trump voted for Obama" sack of lies, that he had to retract and apologize for, then sort of unretracted, then... I don't know how it ended up.
I admit I don't know much about either this or Mormons, so maybe they are compatible religious beliefs and Beck can believe all the nutty things he wants.
Right you are !
Agreed ... it does sound like a cult. When I brought this subject up before, I was told by another poster that this is all just “prayer strategy”. Not buying that explanation at all.
Way off topic, but kinda along these lines, I lost my best little buddy doggie in March. We walked every morning for years, rain or shine, and he demanded stick throw, fetch and tug. I still walk every morning, and I figured that God, being all powerful, can have me simultaneously "there" throwing sticks, and "here." So doggie is still entertained, and I still have him in my heart. We are both in two places at once - maybe more.
Reality is weird enough on it's own (I study physics for fun), and whatever God has cooked up for meta-reality is going to be beyond stunning. We don't deserve any of it.
Okay, off my soapbox.
Well I certainly didn’t give up my Catholic religion because the father of my children was a Mormon, nor did I raise them in a Mormon home, they were raised as Catholics...and so are my grandchildren...
I would not allow anything Mormon to be in my home...it’s a cult...
Trump has no control over nut-jobs making robo-calls, nor is this wacko group a family member of Trump.
CRuz’s dad is in the video, talking about CRuz being the anointed one.
Not even close FAIL.
