Trump: 'I'd Do The Public A Big Favor' By Suing Ted Cruz Over Eligibility To Be President
Daily Caller ^ | 1/17/16 | Steve Guest

Donald Trump unloaded on Sen. Ted Cruz, saying, "I'd do the public a big favor" by suing Cruz over his eligibility to be president.

-snip-

Stephanopoulos then said, "But you know, the person who sued him probably doesn't have standing, a lot of legal scholars-." Trump interrupted, saying, "That's all right. There will be a lot of people who sue him who do have standing."

"Say you have standing, why don't you file the case," Stephanopoulos asked. Trump responded, "Oh that's an interesting case. Wow that sounds like a very good case. I'd do the public a big favor."

-snip-

Stephanopoulos then asked Trump if he was going to put his money where his mouth is, and Trump said, "Well it's a good idea. Maybe I'll talk to them about it. I'd like to talk to Ted about it, see how he'd feel about it. Cause you know, when I file suits, I file real suits okay."

Maybe Trump doesn’t care if he’s damaged. Maybe he really cares about the country.

Novel idea, I know. Doesn’t seem to enter into the political equation of even the most “conservative” or “patriotic” political minds.

My thoughts exactly. Trump should have kept the pressure on 0 about 0’s ineligibility.

But then, we might have gotten shrillary.

Now we have one (R) guy who’s saying what the people feel, and want to say, but folks aren’t sure he will stay the course once elected.

And on the other hand, we have another (R) guy who is saying what the people feel, and want to say, but folks are unsure as to his eligibility.

Aargh, the uniparty has rigged it so we the people lose...

Or have they?

‘damaged’ in the legal sense as determined by the Judge/Judicial process.

Right; why didn’t trump sue and never stop suing 0 the first time Trump ran?

It’s what the judge ruled.

And a similar thing happened with Judge Maliki in Georgia. He said the candidate has the burden of proof and that he would hold Obama in contempt if he didn’t show for the hearing, but in the end he said that even though no evidence of eligibility was presented as he had said was required, he thought Obama was eligible. The “crystal ball” method of deciding cases. In Iran they call it “judge’s knowledge” - no evidence necessary if the judge thinks he knows without any evidence.

And the contempt of court charges? Maliki’s office unlawfully refused to certify the proceedings so there was no opportunity for anybody to file contempt charges.

Banana republic.

This is why we need the case decided when the judge has to choose between Cruz the Terrible and Trump the Horrible (in the eyes of the thugs (either dem or repub, or foreign...) who would buy the judge off if possible/necessary).

Try not to be disheartened by the game of checkers in front of your eyes; there’s a game of chess being played underneath it all, and Cruz and Trump may both be smart and patriotic enough to work together behind the scenes to protect this nation. They’re both good guys and I think they both know it, in spite of the public show they have to put on.

That's exactly the impression I have, it's a perfect combination.

What could Cruz do, sue himself to get it resolved?

“...Nancy P and the democrats chose the strike that paragraph from their document...”

Yep, what’s up with that?

How did they get away with changing the boilerplate verbiage on an official qualification form?

Frauds.

And skullduggery is going on this time around also; I have a bad feeling were gonna get let down...

(No more uniparty!)

The constitution defines citizen though. Cruz is a citizen only becuae a statute exists to cover his cirumstance of birth. As a matter of law, that makes him naturalized.

So which candidate would be better for the US? Cruz, Carson, Trump, someone from the rest of the group?
