How is it Liberals appointed to the Court always remain Liberals to a fault while Constitutionalists are constantly striking out?
I can't think of a single Liberal ever appointed to the Supreme Court who has ever disappointed their Liberal masters. They have only gotten more Progressive and Constitutionally destructive.
Federalist Society promotes sound law. I agree with you, plenty of good lawyers. Most are realists too. That’s a good thing.
What’s black and tan and looks good on a lawyer?
Senator McConnell? Ex-Speaker Pelosi? Bubba Clinton?
A Doberman.
What’s the difference between a porcupine and a car full of lawyers?
Seems the regime needed an ambassador in Libya.
We know zero is gay regardless of all the lies told over the past 20 years trying to deny what we all know is true.
Zero-val/jar have picked numerous gays and lesbians for all kinds of govt. jobs from scotus to the military. He seemingly picks gays first as well. So, it should have come as no surprise to anyone that Chris Stevens was a prime selection for an ambassadorship.
They had history in Chicago at area bathhouses and who knows where else.
For that matter Stevens' soon to be boss is about as gay as you can get as reported by many from her rapist husband on down. She had to be in on the pick as well.
What should have been surprising however is where he was placed. In the prime time terrorist land of North Africa where there is a terrorist or wannabe terrorist on every street corner just waiting to slit the throat of an infidel and treating gays far worse.
Stevens was picked for Libya. He ran the gun running op at Benghazi along with the CIA. Soon he realized he was becoming a major target as other embassies and buildings were being targeted frequently by terror types. He asked for increased security uh...hemmm...600 times! He was refused, the security he had compromised and as they say the rest is history.
We know how he died and to what extremes the terror types did to him.Anyone who has forgotten will be reminded in area in nearby movies.
Hillary and zero are to blame for putting any gay individual in such a life threatening scenario and this is the story never told.
Did you even READ my reply to you on this in post number 24?
Do you simply ignore things that challenge your world view?
Please take your food fight to another thread. There are plenty available, just not this one.
Good Sunday morning everyone!
Hope everyone is doing well. Apologies for not posting on this great thread for a long time, but I do read it as much as I can. Had 2 eye surgeries in September and I can see so much better now - wish I hadn’t been such a weinie about surgery and had them done long before.
Watched the debates the other night and have been reading on FR various posts about what seem to be the two big issues: 1) NY values and 2)Ted’s NBC status. I like both of these men for various reasons and I wish they would somewhat get their bromance back and attack Hitlery! the Bern and others (though some of the GOPe contenders have such low poll #’s it’s not worth their time to bother with them).
One thing I’ve noticed about Rubio lately that really bugs the heck out of me (and he just said it again on Meet the Depressed) is “when I’m President” (some of the others say “if I’m President”. Of course, that’s only 1 thing that bugs me about him, he talks so stinking fast - just like a used car salesman.
I am starting to avoid this site because of the infighting. There are some posters who post relentlessly all day and all night. It appears almost pathological to me. When posters start to insult other posters because they express a different opinion,it has gone too far. The owner relies on donations to keep the site going. It seems to me it is getting harder and harder to get the money he needs. I have been donating, but I have to tell you, if this continues, I will rethink this. I am not sure banning posters is the answer, but for crying out loud people, why can’t we have civility re our disagreements?
A: Senator.
Whoops!!!
Sorry Gritty. That reply was for number 59, rwilson99.
Mr/Ms. RWilson99, please READ post number 68.
It is for YOU.
The BMW has all of its pricks on the inside.
Paul Ryan is doing good on FNS...I’ll give him the benefit of doubt for now...this year, if he does what Conservatives do, I’ll say Paul goofed...
Q: What’s the difference between a porcupine and a car full of lawyers?
A: With a porcupine, all the pricks are on the OUTSIDE.
You got it!
Why a beemer?
Hey Sister Pat - you better slow that Mustang down ;-)
Glad to hear you had a great time!! Dancing is a great exercise and a great stress release! I also love to dance, but, alas, don’t have anyone to dance with regularly. My sister and I often dance together at weddings, etc. (my BIL doesn’t really like to dance). I sometimes put on music and dance around the house, including when I’m cleaning - makes it more fun and go faster.
Go Seahawks!!
Agreed. Conservatives should save their rancor for the kool aid drinkers who support uniparty candidates like jeb, mailmanson or cankles and outright hostility towards the ows cultists behind sanders.
