Two out of three (decent Supreme Court Justices) ain't bad. How is it Liberals appointed to the Court always remain Liberals to a fault while Constitutionalists are constantly striking out?
I can't think of a single Liberal ever appointed to the Supreme Court who has ever disappointed their Liberal masters. They have only gotten more Progressive and Constitutionally destructive.
