Please listen to Donald Trump describe his New York Values to Tim Russert and explain how they may differ from Iowa values.
Interesting. Thanks for the links and info.
funny.
i grew up in Brooklyn and then Staten Island.
went to school and worked in Manhattan for 25 years.
was never pro abortion.
He was Canadian last year!
how many people go from pro abortion to pro life and vice versa after 40?
people are taking leaps of faith left and right with Trump like there is NO chance he’s saying what he needs to to win.
he’ll do some great stuff, i think.
but i would bet good money that he appoints, at BEST, a moderate to the SCOTUS
and he expands the government
but if he gets the economy back on track and gets rid of the illegals and keeps muzzies out, that’s alot.
Trump said they were “New York values.”
I guess he was wrong.
I really appreciate the video clip from 17 years ago.
Desperation is setting in for the Cruz camp.
What were you thinking posting this there?!
Cruz reusing Scott Walker and Jeb Bush attacks from August tells me the state of his campaign.
Like I said earlier - This is the counter punch to the birther BS, and like the Birther BS this dumb.
The problem is...this video is out there where Donald personally explains his difference in values.
In a no holds barred back and forth like this is becoming...it’s going to be used and it will leave a mark.
Not in New York...but elsewhere.
Cruz knows he is not going to win New York...and the electoral votes are winner take all. So he is not hurt by pointing out this difference.
OTOH, Trump very well could win NY in the general, so he will hold his own and stick with the message, despite such a video from 16 years ago.
Both are going to come out of this dust up fine...and I personally believe they both know it.
They are both brilliant men...and they play for keeps.
I still believe they are both playing the Press and playing the DNC, and playing the GOPe.
yeah, he’s right. it is the majority easily.
Staten Island is the conservative bastion.
wear a pro life pin in NYC and you’d better be ready to do battle
TPA matters most to Breitbart readers.
Cruz voted against it. Yes, he flip-flopped. But 45% Trump tariffs sound pretty bad.
But I wouldn’t be so sure that manufacturing is a huge deal with OH/PA voters. Both OH and PA are hugely dependent on energy now, too. Lots of red meat for Cruz there.
When exactly was Reagan pro-abortion? Abortion was rarely even discussed publicly before the mid-sixties. As far as I know, Reagan never even debated the issue until 1967/68. Even then he was opposed to abortion.
I don't know where such a suggestion comes from, and I don't know why you call it "pro-choice" since it has nothing to do with choice and everything to do with ending a human life.
Cruz' wife Heidi -- who sends me 3 emails a day despite 5 requests to unsubscribe -- is even worse, co-authoring a proposal to create a North American Union, rip down all border fences and have a common currency, the Amero. Just like Hillary, we would get a "2-for-1 deal" with Heidi Cruz. I would rather have Melania picking out furtiture and drapes for the West Wing and stay out of policy. Heidi will be in every single policy meeting, and she is exactly the kind of establishment hack we all despise.
If someone had asked me in 1991 what I thought of abortion, I would have said a woman had a right to choose.
Today I don’t want any abortions performed. I want planned parenthood shut down and it’s managers and employees prosecuted for what they were doing.
I was 40 in 1991.
Trump wants to stop deficit spending, thinks $21 trillion is an important fail-safe.
He wants to start paying the debt down.
He wants to end Obamacare with a private sector fix.
He wants local communities to run their schools, and Washington out of it.
It’s kindof pointless for me to tell you these things. He has been saying them for months.
If you don’t want to believe him, that’s okay with me. Not everyone is going to like the same woman or politician.
Homosexuality is unfortunately a fact of our society.
With that there are going to be people whom are openly homosexuals in our lives.
One thing is quite clear however: Ted Cruz has a long record for standing up for traditional family values and the constitution.
Morality is not something which can be legislated, and frankly, it is a state rights issue if you really want to boil down to it.
He has stated time and time again his stance on the issue.
So no, I have no issue with it.
well, i hope the laugh’s on me.
being right isn’t more important than having a good conservative president.
This is just a get Trump exercise. That’s as far as some of them can think.

Sorry, you’re saying unfair trade isn’t important to the “rust belt”???? Must be some good stuff in the peace pipe tonight, kenosabe.
Your understanding of the history surrounding Reagan's reasons for signing that law is deeply flawed. How anyone would conclude that Reagan was pro-abortion from that one event is baffling. It requires some serious disbelief, just like the kind required to believe that all of a sudden Trump became pro-life even though he continues to repeat PP's talking points.
This is a video which is extremely relevant to a major current news story: Cruz’s attack of Trump’s New York Values and Trump’s blistering response accusing Cruz of demeaning the 911 hero’s.
What this video does is show Trump defining New York values in the very same way that Cruz was. This proves that Trump’s blistering attack was a big hypocritical lie.
All the pro-choices, all so known as pro-abortioners in KS "hate to even talk about it" because they don't want to think "it" is a baby they are in favor of killing and they certainly don't want anyone else to think "it" is a baby they are I favor of killing. So much for Trump's claim he "doesn't want to even talk to talk about it (chopping up babies for profit!")
My question Trump fans is, just how old was Trump before "he realized" he was against killing babies, even moments before they drew their first breath?
Mitt Romney was 40 years old before he realized that babies weren't for killing. Was Trump 40 like Mitt or was he older?
How many Trump fans here didn't believe Romney became a "born again pro-life conservative" until he realized he would run for President?
How many Trump supporters didn't vote for Romney because they saw the record of Mitt Romney and thought he was, in fact a NE liberal and refused to vote for him?
How many Trump supporters here insulted those who said they'd vote for Romney over giving Obama another term?
Lastly, how many Trump supporters don't care about pro-life or gay marriage and just wish other conservatives here would just shut up about "those issues?"
