The evidence is overwhelming that the United States had several rescue teams ready to go during the 2012 Benghazi attacks, but someone -- possibly the president himself -- prevented them from acting. So said Emmy Award-winning journalist Sharyl Attkisson to talk show host Steve Malzberg in an interview on Wednesday.
This week on her show, "Full Measure," Attkisson looked into the aborted rescue mission in an in-depth two-part report, "Rescue Interrupted," which you can watch here and here. She spoke with a Green Beret commander who told her that there were actually Special Forces on their way to Benghazi who were turned back.

Ham and how many other Admirals, etc. were made to take early retirement and reassignments over this.

No one can say where Obama and Hillary were doing most of those thirteen hours. In the military, that is known as Abandoning One’s Duty Station. And that night, their duty station was definitely in the White House Situation Room as that terrorist attack unfolded and lasted for hours.
Yeah, like maybe they were calling for help because of equipment trouble and got told no help was coming. And to get ready to raise their hands.
I call BS on POTUS being able to call back or stop a rescue attempt. Any commander would just say “message garbled, sorry magic negro, didn’t get that order til it was too late”
Only problem is I don't think anything other than a tiny minority of Americans see that as a problem.
After this fiasco Trump declared Hillary was a great Secretary of State and even donated $100K to her foundation.
There is real love there.

How this situation was able to be kept hushed up for more than three years is beyond me.
There must be many on Capitol Hill who know the truth.
