President Barack Obama announced he will not endorse or campaign on behalf of any Democratic candidates who refuse to endorse new gun control measures in a New York Times op-ed published Thursday night.
"I will not campaign for, vote for or support any candidate, even in my own party, who does not support common-sense gun reform," Obama wrote in the editorial. "And if the 90 percent of Americans who do support common-sense gun reforms join me, we will elect the leadership we deserve."

By not endorsing or campaigning for ‘pro-gun Democrats’ (do they really exist?), Obama is doing them a favor. But acting like the petulant child that he is, at the same time.

I just hope that President Obama keeps pushing gun control right up to election day. It is a huge incentive for conservative turn-out, and it turns off a lot of independents and some Democrats as well.

Ya. And Obama hasn’t been much of a uniter. He spent his whole two terms dividing the country — white vs black, poor vs rich, women vs men, agnostics against Christians,....
RATS vote for gun control—after campaigning against it. Senator MANCHIN in West Virginia is just one disgusting example. Obama not campaigning for these guys is a PLUS, not a negative. He WANTS them elected. TAQIYYA.

Common sense has become an uncommon commodity.
Many of them are already attending Trump rallies.
Those are not just Repub conservatives in those long lines to get into Trump rallies.
Leftist Obama and Leftist Hillary and Socialist Bernie have only increased taxes to offer to the blue collar Democrats. Across the aisle, however, the left-leaning GOP establishment doesn’t have much to offer either.
Thus enter Trump.
I shredded my card some time ago. The welcome mat for pro gun Dems was pulled up and the door slammed shut about 10 years ago. The only ones that remain are a few long time office holders that haven’t retired yet.
