In an interview with CNN on Wednesday, GOP national front-runner Donald Trump continued the attack on current Iowa front-runner Ted Cruz. When asked by Wolf Blitzer who was tougher on illegal immigration, Trump accused Cruz of flip-flopping on amnesty.

Trump also said Cruz co-opted his position on building a wall across the southern border.
“I was watching Ted the other day and it was very interesting. He said, ‘And we must build a wall.’ OK? And my wife said, ‘Darling, he just said build a wall.’ That’s the first person that said build a wall! I’ve been saying it for five years!”
Trump continued, “He said, ‘and we will build a wall.’ So now he has taken my idea for a wall. I’m glad he has taken it, I think it’s the right thing to do. The problem is I’ll build a wall, it will be a right wall. These people, the politicians, don’t know how to build walls. They don’t know how to build anything. … But all of a sudden they are trying to come over to my territory.”
On Tuesday, the billionaire businessman raised the question of Ted Cruz’s eligibility for the Presidency, noting that because Cruz was born in Canada, the GOP may have to spend time litigating his candidacy if he wins the nomination.
In last night’s radio program, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin disarmed that claim , and yesterday CR contributor Amanda Carpenter noted that Trump’s attacks come as the Iowa caucuses are less than four weeks away and Sen. Cruz leads the billionaire businessman in the Real Clear Politics average of polls in Iowa.
Conservative Review's Steve Deace offered an explanation to the Wall Street Journal about why Trump is lashing out. As Deace explains.

My response to a Wall Street Journal reporter asking me about Trump's recent line of attacks of Cruz: "Trump is not having an impact on Iowa with his reality TV star antics. Rather, Trump resorting to his reality TV star antics is a result of the impact Iowa is having on him. After leading these media-driven national polls for six months, Trump is poised to lose the very first real contest here in Iowa. He knows it, too, and he's acting out as a result. Cruz should remain the adult in the room as he always has. We already have a child-like narcissist in the White House. The American people can't afford another one." Oooh, Twister! I really love that game!
I can’t stand Levine...he’s a Trump-hater in reality.
Trump does not think he needs Conservatives. Keep trashing Cruz and he better hope he doesn’t.
I wish JR would add a betting feature to FR, I would love to see you Cruz supporters put your money where your mouth is. I got $100 says Cruz does not win a single state primary. I have another $100 that says Robio does better the Cruz nationally.

Steve Deace on Trump: “We already have a child-like narcissist in the White House. The American people can’t afford another one.”
My sentiments exactly...
So, what happens if Trump wins in Iowa, then goes on to win in NH, and SC, and even NV?
Jeez, with your photoshopping skills creating bogus postings, you should add a row called “Non-delusional” and put the 3rd column’s entry in that row = to RED. At least that would be correct.
If Jim can arrange something I will bet you 100 dollars that Cruz will win a primary.
Perhaps we can both send him funds to be delivered to the winner after all is said and done.
Unles...you didn’t mean it.
Let me know now. And I’ll set it up with him, or at least approach him.
I’ll send him mail with both our names on it.
there are conservatives, real conservatives and then there are conservatives.
the former group produces many Trump supporters
How many times do I have to tell you this,
YOU DO NOT SPEAK FOR ALL CONSERVATIVES.
************************************************
JoSixChip, do YOU comprehend that YOU do NOT SPEAK FOR ALL CONSERVATIVES?
do you actually think he created it?
that would be very misleading.
Do you have any proof? This shouldn’t be allowed. That’s fraud.
Just a teensy double standard here.
I know, Hillary is so much better than Trump. I will vote for Cruz if Trump is not the winner.
Bet you will be a nasty loser and foist Hillary on the masses just to get back at people.
So...can I count on your vote?
Yes, lawyers who happen to be politicians have done such wonders for the USA. Especially those with no executive experience other than their first Senate staff.
